I received a notification that my food box had been delivered—but when I went to check, I realized I couldn’t find my mailbox key. Then it hit me… I had left it hanging in the mailbox the other day.
Worried that the food might spoil, I rushed to the Arrowhead Post Office around 3:30 PM and explained the situation. That’s when I met John, who listened patiently and immediately took my concern seriously. He let me know that the route officer may have already ended their shift, but he promised to do his best to help.
With little expectation, we headed back home, bracing ourselves for the worst—thinking the food might go bad.
To our surprise and delight, when we arrived home… the food box and the mailbox key were both waiting safely at our front door.

“Always had a good experience coming to this USPS station. Very fast service with no lines every time I've been there. Though the USPS service is inside a Storage Facility building, they seem to have all the shipping materials and services you would find at a regular USPS Office. Pickup time for the USPS driver is at 2:00pm, so get your packages before that time. Parking space is limited.”

“I just want to thank our mailman in 85301, and most especially, the staff in this office for helping us retrieve a package, after it was delivered to a lot number different from ours (the sender placed the wrong lot number, not USPS's fault). Service was fast, staff was very nice and timely in helping me out. It did not take a few mins. And by the time I got home, our mailman was already in our porch with our package. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It contained gifts for my children. I really thought it was a lost cause. What a relief. I wish I asked for the staff's name. Whoever you are, thank you so much. This happened just a few minutes ago. Kudos to USPS!”
