That kind of direct, responsive communication made all the difference — I was invited back to the dealership, my concerns were heard, and this time the follow-through matched the promise. My vehicle was taken back in and the team did their due diligence, properly investigating and addressing each issue rather than rushing it out the door. I was also provided a loaner vehicle for the entire time my car was being worked on, so I wasn't left without a way to get around. It's clear that when the right person is communicating and the team takes the time to actually get things right, the experience can turn around completely.
