“Today I had the distinct pleasure of contacting Bill Quigley's State Farm office. State Farm had sent me a letter suggesting that it was time to update my home's replacement cost. A very pleasant lady named Shayla knew exactly what I needed and said that the office had a representative who specialized in that service. The representative, Kierra, called me back in a few minutes and she was fabulous! We worked together on the estimate over the phone, she answered most of my questions before I asked them, and her understanding of the process and overall competence was off the charts! These ladies really know how to treat their customers!”
