“My Farmers Insurance agent, Frank Cuellar has been knowledgeable, always available and easy to work with. The reason I didn't give a 5 star was because my home and auto rates increased, though I had no home claims or accidents/tickets. If you do what's right,(abide by traffic laws and are a good driver) you should be rewarded (rate decrease) not penalized (by a rate increase) for other insurers mistakes/claims.”

“This shop is absolutely wonderful! I've been in there several times and the service advisors are always helpful. I have talked to Tanner a few times for small things with my car. Yesterday I had a heapful of requests for an inspection. I brought my car in and worked with the service advisor, Jason.
