“My father was diagnosed with diabetes, and his doctor sent his insulin prescription to this CVS. When I arrived to pick up the insulin, I was still stressed about how to help my 83-year-old father manage this new life change. However, I was informed that the specific type of insulin I needed was out of stock. Knowing I had to give him a shot before his next meal, I was fortunate to meet the pharmacist, Sarah, who truly went above and beyond.

Sarah spent a considerable amount of time assisting me in getting his prescriptions approved by Medicare. She even called around to other pharmacies, including competitors, to ensure my dad received the care he needed. Remarkably, Sarah located the insulin about 10 miles away. While I drove there to pick it up, she managed all the other prescriptions for my father.

When I returned, it was 6:30 PM, and CVS closes at 7:00 PM. Due to complications with the insurance, Sarah stayed after hours on a Friday night to ensure everything was taken care of. I have since transferred all of my dad's prescriptions from Walgreens to this CVS. Sarah was amazing, and she truly deserves this recognition.”
