“My roommate works graveyard and on Saturdays while he sleeps his small boy child and his plethora of toys make the common areas look like a Tasmanian devil went through in slow motion. I'm not willing to fork out $20 for a jump park that I have to stay at while he plays. I told him we were going to a toy store and it was a surprise, and we both freaked out when we got to this one. This Goodwill has THE BIGGEST TOY SECTION of them all, and I got two (almost uninterrupted) hours of shopping time while this kid touched them all, and they were fairly priced! They have a big selection. Of brand names too, shoes and clothes, which may have been slightly high considering the items were given to them. It was clean ad organized and a busy but no one was pushing or shoving or crying (resellers should get charged a hazard fee) and when we were both exhausted - it only cost me $1.49 for an ice cream on the way out the door. **IF YOU HAVE KIDS THAT ARE JERKS AND LEAVE GIANT MESSES FOR THE STAFF TO PUT AWAY, PLEASE GO TO THE JUMP PARK INSTEAD. The staff did not give me grief about letting him play, and we picked up everything before we left in the hopes that next weekend we have something better to do than stare at each other over our cereal bowls. Great shopping experience, thanks guys!”

“How can this store only have 3 1/2 stars? This is the best Goodwill in the Valley. I absolutely adore the workers here they’re so nice and sweet and helpful and they do a great job of keeping the store clean. It’s the customers you gotta worry about they just trash the place every day. I could see it whenever I go in, I frequent this place. I’d probably go here once a month. It’s my absolute favorite. Will they have the coolest stuff literally the coolest stuff and great clothes namebrand stuff.
The manager is hilarious. The staff in the back are very helpful, especially with heavy items. I love this Goodwill”

“Elise was hands down the best cashier I’ve ever had at a Goodwill. She asked if I wanted to purchase a bag, and when I declined, she still took the time to carefully fold all the clothes I bought and stack them neatly so they were compact and easy to carry. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, she was welcoming, friendly, and had a genuine smile the whole time. It was a refreshing experience and made my visit that much better.”

“I have been to this store quite a few times. Selection is usually good. Clothing racks are always in disarray. I can understand that people are constantly looking at items and putting them back in the wrong spot but the employees really need to do a better job of organizing the clothes. As for the racks with the kitchenware, glasses, pans, etc., there has to be a better system for displaying these items. Items are always crammed onto the shelves like a giant Jenga game. Other than then that, the staff is always pleasant. The floors are usually clean.”

“By far the best goodwill in the valley by far ive been there three times now best goodwill everything is cleaner than most Walmart shelves and isles nothing on the floor that was a major shock was the first and probably mostl likely a fluke they were definitely short handed last night but the young lady last night closing seemed to have no help what so ever at that particular moment but she was a genetics mutation. Of a customer service/cashier/go backs pro/ the reason I was impressed is I had a cart I left for a minute while I was dealing with my bank she had the courtesy and attention to detail enough to be aware that someone probably set that aside for one reason or another and was deliberately not mixing it encase this was end of the night and I think she said ahe had been there since 8am it was well after nine near close still had focus and wa so nice its just refreshing to see a young lady of her generation to have the worth ethic with a positive courteous attitude and from what I seen looked to be the only none on the floor for a good hour while I was there just amazing to see the work ethic and solid American is what I see we've lost touch of in our work place wouldn't be surprised to find 10 20 years from now she own something as large scale as goodwill or someone business or businesses ive met some pretty amazing large scale business owners in my life the vibe is the same for sure ya dont get rich from being a mediocre anything kudos to you young lady make sure you lead as many peers of yours toward the same mindset its just sad I didnt catch her name but if your there she's maybe 19-20 long hair stands like she out to be 7ft tall”
