Wait until you travel overseas and your phone won't work and they do not have 24 hr customer service. When you reach them they tell you we don't guarantee service and there is nothing we can do. I switched BACK TO TMobile while in Greece and an super happy I did. All I got from Consumer Cellular is what they can't do for me.

I needed a power cord for my new phone to enable car play. I couldn’t get it to work and a young lady named Monique was kind enough to come out to my car and show me. Being a senior I was so grateful for her assistance. Many thanks to her and Eddie the young man that rung up my sale. I’ve been at the store several times and the staff are all wonderful. Many thanks

The place is nice and new its also nice to have a location seniors can go to get assistance with their devices. My feedback would be that the store is so quiet that some music is definitely needed while you're waiting on a new device activation.

From the moment I walked in, Anthony greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered thoroughly.
Switching plans and getting my phone set up can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Anthony made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He explained every detail clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I left the store confident and satisfied. It’s rare these days to find customer service that truly feels personal—but that’s exactly what Anthony delivered.

I walked into the store in Surprise on Bell Road at about 1040 this morning. Anthony greeted me and proceeded to take care of me from start to finish. He did a wonderful job I had to upgrade my iPhone X Max to iPhone 16 Pro. I was there approximately an hour and a half as he took care of everything for me transferring all my data. Everything was perfect. Can’t say enough about how well I was treated and how wonderful Anthony was.

I took my 80+ year-old friend to get her first smart phone. She wanted to go to Consumer Cellular because they advertise such good customer service. She wanted to keep her Jitterbug flip phone active until she learned how to use the new phone. She kept emphasizing that she didn't want to do anything with her land line or flip phone. The agent either didn't hear her or wasn't paying attention, and he canceled her flip phone! I kept asking him about it, and I finally asked my friend for her phone to see if it was still active. It was not. He said my friend would just have to call Lively, the Jitterbug provider. I said no, that he needed to call and fix it since he was the one who messed it up. Lively could not just reinstall the number, and my friend was totally distraught about the situation because now she has no cell phone to take with her in the car. Her now deceased husband had gotten her the Jitterbug phone and made her promise that she would never get in her car without it, so now she feels she would be breaking her promise to her husband if she did. It's a mess. Consumer Cellular caused the mess and want even proactive in trying to fix it. My friend wanted to walk out without the smart phone, but then she would have had no cell phone to use. But she still doesn't know how to use it. I am going to help her learn, but she was too upset to try after that fiasco. I really think Consumer Cellular should do something to try to make it right.
