Racist woman came to the pharmacy without her insurance card and did not try to get the information herself. The technician was helping her already . She Yelled across the pharmacy to the pharmacist that he had to call her insurance. It does not take a pharmacist to call the insurance, The tech would have helped her but she was out of control. Then complains about the people working.

The male pharmacists here are miserable! I have worked in healthcare as an acute care RN for over a decade and the humans working at this counter should find a job with zero human interaction! They are unfriendly and not helpful in the least. They refused my GoodRx coupon as if it were coming out of their own paycheck and I have been using this coupon at this location for the last year. I know I can transfer my script it’s not a huge issue just inconvenient honestly but the attitude I got every single time I picked up my Rx and then the lack of help to transfer my Rx was unbelievable. The reason I returned each month to use this pharmacy is bc I am from out of town and it was convenient. I’d also like to mention that CVS is obligated by contract to take GoodRx coupons but after a year of eye rolls and bad attitudes I’m over it. This is also after several days of stating my script was ready then I go to pick it up and it was not. I received the texts stating it was ready for pickup then I received miserable attitudes from miserable people bc they were not actually ready as if I somehow inconvenienced them and not the other way around!
If you’re looking for friendly service go elsewhere. Miserable employees

Absolutely the worst experience in picking up my prescription that I have experienced in all my years. It took an additional five days after the day I was told it would be ready. I tried calling and stopping in the CVS at Target several times that week they were closed.Thank God, I don’t have a critical medical issue that require medication in a timely fashion. My heart breaks for those who have. I will never use CVS at Target or any CVS again.

I lived in Honolulu, Hawaii. I came to this pharmacy ti pick up my daughter's medication. She has a prescription to be picked up, she was discharged from the hospital yesterday. Her medication should have been filled. There was only one employee working. She said we have to wait for 45 minutes. I don't understand why her prescription was not filled yet. Please help me understand. I am a Kaiser member in Hawaii and when I called for my prescription in a few hours my medication is ready. Also, I would like to know if this employee is a Pharmacist, a cashier or both. I worked in retail and if my branch is short handed I want to ensure that I have enough coverage to deliver superior customer service. The employee is very nice and apologized. I feel for her because she does everything. Thank you!Thank you

The pharmacist Rachel Sanchez of store #16675 in Surprise Arizona is an extremely rude person and always has a very rude attitude and demeanor towards me. I work at Target and it doesn’t matter to her. I have complained numerous times and she doesn’t face any consequences nor apologizes for it. Today after I picked up my prescription from the pharmacy tech I was over by the restroom on the side of the pharmacy and she said “God thanks for handling her!” to the tech not noticing me sitting there. She’s a miserable and unhappy person and should work away from the public. I have even complained on social media about her and others shared their experiences with her. I would not use this location if my insurance would allow me to use a different pharmacy close to my home. She also VIOLATES HIPPA rules and regulations by announcing patient medical diagnoses loudly for anyone around to hear. Names of meds what they are for etc she announces like she intentionally wants to embarrass you. She does it every time with me. My coworkers know I have HBP, asthma and knows when I have an infection thanks to her. It’s sad and unnecessary for her to do this. But I can imagine nothing will be done because she’s still doing this even though I’ve complained numerous times. You all don’t take it seriously and it gives you a bad name

I had prescriptions sent on Friday evening from my doctor, 1 of them being an antibiotic I need immediately. I was told they wouldn’t be ready until Saturday morning. I went to get them Saturday and the pharmacy never opened because the pharmacist never showed up. Now we are on Sunday and still no pharmacist there. Meanwhile my prescriptions are being held hostage basically because I can’t get them. This is absolutely not acceptable! I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years since I moved to this area! These prescriptions will be the last ones I ever get at your pharmacy!
