Any time I have had a concern, it has been addressed quickly and corrected immediately, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. It is clear that Heather truly cares about both the children and the families and is committed to making sure everything runs smoothly.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Every single morning when we walk in, we are greeted with warm smiles that make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The facility is consistently clean, organized, and inviting, which is something I really value when trusting others with my child.

“Seeing the difference of my son on his first day of daycare to today, has been such a joy. He truly loves his teachers in the toddlers classroom. Yolanda is the first face he sees every morning and you can see the genuine love and care she has. Morgan his afternoon-evening teacher is always beaming with happiness while she takes care of the little ones. Laverne is dedicated and always tells us about our son’s progress. It was hard putting him into daycare but these ladies have made it so easy to trust that he will be okay!”

“I just can’t say enough good things about Wirtzie’s. They are so much more than a daycare. My now 2.5 yr old has been attending here since she was 3 mos old and she is absolutely thriving. We love their intergenerational program, the Montessori based play/curriculum and clean facilities. But the real heart of Wirtzie’s lies in their staff. My daughter adores every teacher she has had and has different bonds with them all. I especially appreciate the fun & creative lessons they do in the Toddler class and how they communicate what they are learning so we can reinforce them at home as well. There’s no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is loved, challenged, celebrated, and genuinely excited to walk through the doors each day.”

He went into kindergarten fully prepared, and his teacher even said, “Whoever worked with him did an excellent job.” I have to give all the credit to this center. I’m so happy I chose Surprise KinderCare, and now that I am expecting next year, I will definitely be enrolling my baby in this wonderful program with such loving teachers!
