They went an extra mile or two to isolate the problem and even though all components checked out OK, their diligence corrected the problem, and they only charged the inspection fee. They also provided a comprehensive vehicle inspection update. I'll take my vehicles there again.”

“Friendly staff, going above and beyond. Last visit the needed airfilter wasn't at location. It was ordered in, should've taken less than 30 min. ended up waiting over 1 hour for delivery. This time same thing, filter not at location. Staff member remembered me, he drove to the other location to get the filter. Complete service was done in a little under one hour. This is going above and beyond in my book. Will continue to get oil changes at this location. Thank you very much!”
“I called in to get a price on our car battery for our 2013 Chrysler 200 and Babyrina, the team lead tried to help me out over the phone. She could not find any information for our year vehicle so she went online to get the information. She found information that was inconclusive so she asked me to bring the vehicle down to verify what battery was needed. When I brought the vehicle in she squeezed me in and was able to get me taken care of really fast, despite them being very busy. Babyrina and Domanica (Dept associate) were so very helpful on the phone and in the store. Thank you, ladies. Walmart is lucky to have employees like yourselves.”
