“Traveling out of the country I ask them to do a safety inspection for my trip and wheel alignment, to look everything g over. Yet, I get stranded just before the border to Canada. I noticed I was having trouble starting it after the first day. I didn’t think anything of it because I had them perform a safety, check and road test, it included load testing the battery. They knew I was going across country. See invoice.See picture for what we found under the hood. It explains everything.Luckily, for me, I am still in the United States to call AAA, who doesn’t replace batteries in this remote town, only jumps starts. Instead of Danny taking the job and charging me, he advised me that the truck had a powertrain warranty and to take it to GMC. Come to find out, he was right and my truck is at GMC getting repaired right now at no cost. If you don't consider this being an honest man, then I don't know what is. “It’s a great shop to find those odd sizes and kinds of batteries. They even have old fashioned fingernail cleaning brushes! One of those things I never remember to buy. And their knowledge about the “what to’s” and “what for’s” is large. It’s so different than being in an anonymous big-box store.”
