Customer service rep was great when I had to reschedule. The hitch installer arrived over 1 hour late for work.

Purchased a new sectional, without delivery. Stopped in at the local U-Haul store. Everyone was so friendly. For $18, I was able to rent a 5 x 9 trailer to pick up my new sectional! Ya!!
