“The place is clean and the lady was friendly but I signed up online because it said first month free and 40% off and a free lock, but when I got there the internet wasn’t working so it wouldn’t let me finish online so it ended up costing me double what was advertised even though I had a confirmation number from online.”

“Review for Advantage Storage in Surprise, AZ. Uhaul trucks can be picked up and dropped off here (and after hrs). Rented a Uhaul truck in Dec 2025 and agreed to pick up at this location. Was having issues with the App and mainly it's connection due to poor-ish (verizon) cell tower. By coincidence, a site mgr - Rachel - was coming out of the gated storage units. She saw me standing by trucks and asked it I was having any issues picking up a truck. I told her yes, and that it seemed like a poor cell signal on smartphone while using the Uhaul App to check-out the reserved truck. Rachel spent 20-25 minutes extra time on site just to make sure I was able to get the truck picked-up OK. Super kudos to Rachel!!! Would def pick-up or drop Uhaul truck at this location on Yorkshire street, surprise, AZ, or rent a Uhaul stoage unit (gated storage unit for security)! Thx!”

After deciding on a unit we actually ended getting 2 units! Julie explained property access hours and took us on a tour of our units and other features of the property.

“Have rented 3 different storage units at the Greenway Road store here in Surprise, AZ. Amber and Lorenzo are great folks. The storage units are clean before you move in. The process to rent the unit is quick and easy. The only thing I didn't like was that they only give a pro-rated refund for the 3 days of the month as a courtesy to the renter which means if you release the unit before the next payment due date, you won't get the pro-rated refund for the remaining days. Corporate policy. Other than this, had a great experience.”
