“The place is clean and the lady was friendly but I signed up online because it said first month free and 40% off and a free lock, but when I got there the internet wasn’t working so it wouldn’t let me finish online so it ended up costing me double what was advertised even though I had a confirmation number from online.”
“Truly the easiest rental process I’ve ever experienced. I did everything online, including payment and personal gate code. After completion, I received an email with my space number and instructions. I love the 24/7 access, the 2 refuse stations, and the lot is super clean. 10 out of 10.”

“Prices are getting too high. A few more price increases and looking for different storage will be an optional. Service is just so so. Security is average, grounds are most of the time kept clean. Lots of abandoned vehicles. Wonder if they are paying????”

“Other than having my rent raised regularly, I like this storage facility. It has app and keypad access, although not open and accessible 24/7 (you have to pay extra for after hours access). I like that you used to be able to drive through the facility so you can load/unload in the shade, but the exit door is ALWAYS inoperable. You have to either back in or master the 10-point u-turn. The facility is usually clean, they seem to have solved their homeless problem, and the elevators are among the smoothest and quietest I have ever been in. The climate controlled areas are cool-ish, definitely better than outside temperatures.”
“Tino was AMAZING! Couldn’t find the truck the mobile app assigned to me and he took care of it immediately. Got me a key found my truck and escorted me to my truck on golf cart. Hard workers with actual customer service skills are RARE. Thank you Tino!!
