After receiving a heavily damaged package shipped by UPS. I had to return the contents to the original seller who filled a damage claim with UPS. I went up to this location and had to pay for another box to fix the one UPS damaged in transit in order to send it back to the seller. After completing and paying for everything, provided the new shipping label and told everything was good to go yesterday 06/17/25. I received the same package back at my door step today 06/18/25. After everything, why is the package back at my door step?!

Needed notary service, called about 5 times in the morning to ask what the notary person's hours where, no answer, I stopped in but left because of the long line and I didn't have much time, I checked the website and scheduled an appointment, there was availability for the same day, I go back and was told the notary person isn't available, he may be back in 30 minutes or I can go to office place down the street, I showed him my appointment time and he says he can't do anything about it, I'll head over to the Office Toolbox from now on, it was a small business that is better managed and less expensive

I went in here on a Monday and they were closed for no reason. Google says they're open and close at 6 pm. I came in at 10 am, no one was in the UPS and they had the area where workers are supposed to be fenced off. I was was forced to drive down to the UPS on Bell Road who were actually open to drop off my package. If the one on Bell Road was open with workers inside I don't understand why no one was working on a Monday. I read online the reason was because of some car accident that happened on Sunday but that didn't interfere with customers getting to this location. I saw people walking inside and were disappointed there were no workers. Zero reason for this location to be closed on a Monday.

It sucks to see bad reviews because I have always had the most smooth experience. But I do understand that every situation is different. As for me, tho, I come in and out this place a lot. Returns for amazon or using as a checkpoint spot so packages(expensive ones) are not left on my porch. Overall, wonderful staff and pretty quick transactions.

Not only did my package not arrive in time, the tracking is totally inaccurate and it looks like it went all over the US except to my destination
