Horrible customer service. A package was returned and they never called me; I had to call them after the recipient said it was never received. When I finally got ahold of someone, she said she would call me back, but didn't. I went into the store in person and tried to ask what the options were to re-ship, but the employee just walked away from me so I took the package and left. I will ship it somewhere else and won't be bringing my business back to this store.

Terrible service! Do not use UPS! I needed to ship an item that I sold. It is a special kind of bowl. I paid the UPS store on Waddell almost $16 (which was out of my profits) for them to pack it for me, because they are supposed to be professionals at this. I didn’t want to take any chance that it would get broken. I talked to the girl at the UPS store about how she was going to pack it to make sure it was packed well. She was a little short with me, because she does this all the time & knows what to do. She assured me she would wrap it very well and double box it and put air bags between the boxes. She assured me she would do a good job. She did none of that. She did not use 2 boxes and definitely did not not pack it well. As you can see in the photo it is just wrapped in plastic. Not bubble wrap, not the air bags, and no styrofoam peanuts. This is awful. The item arrived broken! The receiver had bought it for a birthday present. And this item is a rare vintage item that cannot be easily replaced. This is the first time I have ever used UPS to ship an item. They did an awful job! Then trying to put in a claim is a huge hassle! And it sounds like it’s going to take at least 3 wks for me to receive the refund. I refunded the purchaser immediately. So very dissatisfied & such a huge hassle it has been.

All I can say is thank God one of the workers here is going on maternity leave. Maybe after maternity leave she can have some better customer service ?♀️

This location is right down the street from my house and they always take good care of me. I’ve met the owner and his staff have come to know me by name, they’re always polite and professional. I’ve never had an issue with a package I’ve shipped, this is my go to store!

Went to return an item and was provided a tracking number and some odddddddd reason it still “hasn’t shipped” it’s been over a week and a half and nooooo movement ……. Im done coming to this store. DONE.

Where do I even start with this place, oh yea there management is amazing and they are so polite. I'm a very frequent customer and they always treat me with kind manners. If you haven't already I would strongly recommend this ups store they are just overall fantastic.
