BEWARE CUSTOMERS I have used this location for Amazon returns for a while. Last week I went in and had an issue with a QR code for my return which required me to find an alternate return method using a mailing label. I was charged $3.65 for what I guess was the employee (who never mentioned there would be a charge) printing it on the copier and applying it to the returned package, I guess. I thought that was pricey but paid and left. Yesterday, I went into the store with mailing label,QR code and was told that b’c the box wasn’t taped it would cost $1 to tape it. I said to the guy behind the counter,”Are you kidding me?” With all seriousness, I thought he was just kidding. Oh no…he wasn’t, I looked at the rolls of tape for sale and they were over $11 dollars for one roll. His response was, “No, if we didn’t charge for boxes to be taped up we’d be out of business.” I’m appalled!! Needless to say, I will Never do business there again. I went to a different UPS store down the street, by Fry’s and they were pleasant and taped the box with no hassles, no lines and no additional charges. This place really needs to reassess its customer service and obviously dishonest price gauging By taking money from customers for taping a box. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

The courteous, efficient and professional customer service at this UPS Store is absolutely outstanding.
Chris, Nick, Brandon and Eugene are always willing to go the extra mile in answering questions, providing clarity, managing special requests etc.
Taylor, La Kenya, Bailey, Michelle, McKenzie, Toni and Gabriel are also nothing less than exceptional in making sure customers receive first rate service, even when there are multiple customers in the store.
Everybody there deserves recognition as their work is not easy and yet they consistently maintain a level of excellence that has definitely earned my sincere appreciation and respect.
Highly recommended!

I use this store to process Amazon returns. They always process my return quickly and efficiently, which means I am in and out of the store quickly. I usually get a confirmation notification from Amazon the same day and credit to my account within 24 hours. Although the store is 13 miles away from my home, I have to pass the store almost every time I go to town so it pretty convenient, despite the distance from my home (everything is far away from my home). Keep up the good work!

I've been coming to this UPS for 15 years. Always great service and accurate. I'm not sure what happened today; but I'm frustrated. I took my lunch at 10 a.m. so I could get two packages out. First issue I'm not in their system any more. I had so many addresses and history. So set up a new account. One package was an envelope with homemade water color card needing to get there by the 6th. I paid A LOT to get it there on time and quoted arrival Wednesday or Thursday. I went to track it and a label was created at 6 p.m. and isn't leaving until tomorrow. I could have showed at 5 p.m.and got the same result. And my other package says arrival 9 p.m. on the 6th. This is a joke ....

They close early!! Went in 7 minutes before they close and they mentioned they already turned off their printers and can’t help me!! The woman who I asked for help was very rude and passive aggressive!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a ups store

Always excellent service here. It is a very busy location but the wait is never extremely long. I go here for Amazon returns a lot and if there is a long line the self service kiosk is also available. The staff is helpful and competent. Never had a problem.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Taylor for her outstanding service on May 1, 2025. As a loyal customer of this UPS Store for the past 11 years, I have seen many employees come and go, but Taylor truly stands out. No matter the situation, she remains positive, professional, and kind, even when dealing with very rude customers, which I have witnessed quite a few of at this location. Her unwavering dedication and expertise make every visit an absolute pleasure. Whenever she assists me, I know I am receiving top-notch service. Taylor is phenomenal, and I sincerely hope the owners recognize her excellence by nominating her for every local and national employee award available.
Also, I need to give a huge thank you to Eugene for assisting me with my shipping needs on Friday, May 2. I had a portrait to mail and had never used the UPS Store’s packing services before. Eugene greeted me promptly and warmly before springing into action. He provided an overview of the packing services and even applied my AAA discount to help me save money. One of the store’s owners also stepped in to assist Eugene with the measurements, ensuring accuracy and saving me time. I was incredibly impressed with Eugene’s knowledge, enthusiasm, customer service, and efficiency throughout the process. Over the past several months, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the UPS Store staff, and as a customer of over 11 years at this location, I truly appreciate it. Thank you again, Eugene, for making my shipping experience smooth and stress-free!

Came here to drop off a package already have a label. Yes I can’t believe I’m writing a review for this. It’s the day before Easter I check their hours on the website. Says closes at 3 on google for the Saturday before Easter. I get out of my car at 12:59, see people still walking in and out. Get up to the door right after someone just walked in and door is locked. I try opening again while people are standing less than a foot from the door inside. Guy inside taps on the window pointing to the sign that they close at 1. I point saying I just need to drop off a package, nope just ignore me.
Pro tip for anyone going to this store as with previous experiences I have had. Have your packing slips printed and everything done before coming in. They charge for everything including using the computer for email, and each page you print.
I’m just going to go to another store moving forward.

Never pleasant, always over priced. Today a side of judgement. Same packaged mailed faster at USPS for $12 over this shop at $47. Also no shade from the post office staff.
