$14 for a just box??? ( not including shipping)I know we are dealing with inflation but come on !!! Young man at counter was kinda rude … lacking in customer service ! Their 2 star rating makes sense !

Store is very poorly ran. I have been coming to this store for years and each new individual hired seems to be more and more rude to customers. Often they will be standing around talking, ignoring you and then acting like you are not waiting for help at the counter. You are an inconvenience to them. I love to support local business but I will be taking my business elsewhere to another ups store. There is no need for level of rudeness the staff here provide.

The UPS store off of Bell is ridiculous. I went to return an item and they wouldn’t accept it and said I needed to print off the label OK but they would charge me $2.25 to use their computer to print the label. I said hell no. The clerk was condescending by saying he never uses Amazon and has no need to. Ok. Why say that?Update: went back to the store to give them another chance and saw another clerk. She was a bit rude as well. Maybe she was tired of dealing with customers but this is a customer service job. This is not a place I will choose to go from now on.

I’ve been to this location twice and have been shocked both times by how poorly this is run. Today there were 17 people in line in front of me and only two people working at a snails pace making no attempt to streamline the process. My package was already labeled and paid for … and yet I’m supposed to wait who knows how long to merely drop it off. Everybody was frustrated. I left and will go to a different location.My prior visit I purchased five international stamps which cost $1.50 each but they tacked a $1 up charge per stamp so an extra $5!!! I waited in line about half an hour to be overcharged.I like to support local businesses but this is two bad experiences in a row.

I came to look up the Saturday hours of this store and was shocked by the reviews. I’m in there a couple times a month and have been for a couple years and the employees have always been helpful and friendly. Sometimes the lines are long but that isn’t the stores fault when all the terminals are in use. For Amazon returns they have added a kiosk that is quite intuitive and if you can’t figure it out, you can ask as I’ve seen others do so. For those complaining about the prices of boxes, all UPS stores (and the post office) have similar prices. You can always go to Walmart for the box ahead of time!

Came to this store instead of the one I usually go to off Lake Pleasant. Lines out the door (typical of every one I have been to in the Phoenix area). Horrible internet service as I tried to load the barcodes for my returns on my phone. Associate told me she hears that all day and I could go across the parking lot to Jack in the Box for free Wi-Fi. Why doesn't a packing and shipping store offer free Wi-Fi, especially with all the Amazon returns they process?

Tried using the self serve machine a few weeks ago and it takes way too long, labels don’t print out correctly either. Unnecessarily rude dude working at the front as well.

Customer service is really lacking, I walked in and no one greeted me, even to just say we'll be with you in just a moment, nothing. This is very sad, I would rather go to another place the next time I need to send a package. The manager should train the staff better.

First time dropping off at this ups store and I am about to call and speak with the manager and ask for their corporate office info I had a package to return to Amazon today it was delivered as 1 package but there were two boxes as I waited in the long line the female clerk was very helpful to everyone before me when it was my turn I informed here I had 2 boxes but 1 shipping label she immediately gave me an attitude saying I can’t ship 2 boxes with 1 shipping label I explained they were wrapped together when they were shipped and if I could wrapped then together would that be fine and asked if they had tape she said with an attitude right behind you so i proceeded to purchased tape and she already passed me to the next person in line so i had to wait to purchase the tape once i did she skipped the donation button on the keypad without my consent right then i knew she was racist i personally haven’t experienced racism since 1987 as a teenager and rather than stay in the line any further keep in mind the whole time the line was so long they were telling people the kiosk is there and offering explanation on how to use it so when i was done tapping the boxes together i asked another clerk can i use the kiosk to complete the return he said yes when i asked how to use the kiosk his answer was follow the promos i am a true Native American from my ancestry twice over being of Comanche and Mexican descent who’s family never crossed any foreign borders to get here and i truly am American first and have always been i am so disappointed at ups for not recognizing the type of people they have employed at this location again i never been to this location i was doing a favor for my wife’s boss by dropping off this package and it was the closet location to their office just very upset right now and will be sending this to their corporate headquarters

Reading these two separate 1 star reviews prompted this review. I have used this UPS store several times over the past 5 years and I have only had one experience where the clerk appeared to be having an off day and wasn’t overly friendly. Other than that, I have always had positive results with the store clerks.This place is always busy with the line going out the door especially when the snow birds arrive. So if you are taking back an Amazon (no box) return, it’s better to take it to Kohls rather than holding up the line for those of us who come prepared with our legit UPS parcels properly packaged. Kohls never has an issue with the unboxed Amazon returns.

This will be my new go-to UPS location. Staff is helpful and efficient, and easy Amazon returns! A lot of the other UPS stores in the area are self-serve Amazon returns which sucks when you're in a hurry.
