The Bankers and Tellers are very nice and helpful. The lobby is well maintained and it feels pretty private from the main door when you are with a Teller or Banker. Easy access from Reems Rd or Grand Ave. They have a lot of handicap parking which is great for being right outside Sun City West.

Great customer service and everyone was very friendly. Needed help with an urgent wire transfer and Maria Urrea was awesome! (Totally opposite experience from the branch on Waddell that wasn’t friendly and was too busy too help)
