This place was a and s storage solutions for years. Just got a strange bill from cube smart. Without notice I have to deal with a new company and my monthly bill is higher. I was a customer of cube smart in the past, expect quarterly increases in rent! Lastly, Tony was the guy I dealt with in the past when it was an and s. Top notch guy, extremely helpful. He will be missed.

Richard was very accommodating and efficient. I needed a storage unit fairly immediately and was arranging it all from Alaska - no problem. Know others that have stored there, too, and recommended it.

The On-Site Manger is a caring and personable. When he was showing us to the unit; asked questions. Then sinething amazing occured we were listen to and actually heard. Such a rare skill. Loved knowing someone cares about our possessions. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

I experienced significant issues at the storage facility on 1st Street in Tempe. Despite complying with a request to move my vehicle, I filed a complaint against the manager for rudeness and inconsistency in enforcing parking rules. Subsequently, I was banned, allegedly due to perceived rudeness during a follow-up call seeking corporate contact information. This ban seems unjustified, and I believe my concerns were dismissed without proper consideration. I would appreciate a fair assessment of the situation and a reconsideration of the ban. In my review, I'd like to highlight my interaction with the corporate manager, Alicia, expressing that she was unhelpful and inclined to support her new manager, Richard. Unfortunately, she didn't believe my account of the situation. My overall experience with this manager was disheartening.

Tony is amazing. He has great customer service, friendly and very attentive. You don’t find people like that now days so it’s refreshing and if he worked for me I would give him a raise!

Tony and Dominick are always on top of everything and extremely attentive to their units. Customer service was a big must for us and we have not run into any issues in our 6 months of renting. Highly recommend for any storage needs
