It's a bit older facility, but I do like doing business here. If you are looking for brand new, suoer clean and fancy storage, probably keep looking. They do have excellent service and price, and I do feel like my things are safe.
I knew when I signed up, but having access limited to 12 hours a day is less convenient than I imagined. That's why I did. 4 stars.

Leticia was very helpful when I came in before their closing time. She was very considerate when it came to picking out my unit! She made conversation & was already getting to know her customers. I felt extremely welcomed & was grateful for the time she gave me. Prices are fair considering other places. I would 10/10 recommend renting a unit here!

The front desk lady and her husband are very welcoming and seems to go above n beyond to make the customer happy. That’s what helped me to overlook the fact that they close earlier than I would prefer.

I was Super nice both times that I was in their office. The gentleman is actually a nice dude but the lady has a horrible attitude and was completely disrespectful. She was saying she was having an off day both times that I was in her office on different days. I bought a unit off storage treasures, normally you leave behind remains if you find them. She wanted me to throw them away and made a big stink out of a little tiny box and had no respect for the deceased. She kept cutting me off and was super rude about it.

Best storage experience I've ever had. The manager is attentive, understanding and kind. Facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. I have stored items here for 2.5 years now.

I just closed out my unit at AAA storage after renting with them for over a year. They have been so convenient for me and very helpful to work with. I came to them when I needed storage and everywhere else in Tempe had already filled up. They offered me an affordable rate and the woman that helped me, Leticia, was quite friendly and had me leaving me a smile on my face. I have visited my unit countless times in the last year to check on my belongings and move things around. I've never ran into a single problem. The maintenance worker George is really friendly and waves when I see him. I recommend this storage complex to anyone looking in Tempe. If I ever need a unit again, I know who I'll go to. Also be sure to give a 7 day heads up when you move out because it is really helpful to the staff here.
