I’m very unhappy with this store. The mgr is defensive rude and I caught him in lies over my delivery. I only had my couch a week and I’m sending it back, because I refuse to be treated this way.

I bought a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. I paid it off in 2021. In 2022 my dryer wires burned up. It going cost me more money to fix. Then what it worth. I paid Aaron alot of money for this dryer. I call Aaron on Monday they said the MGR will get back to me on Wednesday. On Thursday a lady that work for Aaron states that General MGR want to know if I want to buy another dryer from them.They didn't even ask to fix or replace. But they want me to buy another one from them. This crazy. Aaron don't care about there customer new or old. I will not buying anything from them again. I only gave one star so I can post. They deserve NO STARS

No one acknowledged me I’ve been here wel over 45 minutes now. Gave a lady a laptop without a box not even a bag how sad/ embarrassing! Phone ringing off the hook guys walking around with the underwear showing. No mask ! What is this a circus ?! I want corporate to contact me asap! I will be adding this complaint to my file!

Me and my husband have been loyal customers to this company for almost 14 years. Never let our accounts in bad standings and have always made our payments. We pay our bill through our phones and my husband's phone broke, so we were a few days behind paying them. They sent some kid to our door and harassed us to make a payment. We made the payment. But the manager is a total j*** and acted like he was part of the mafia or something. They sell great products, but their customer service and how they treat people is horrible. Would NOT recommend this particular store.

I had never used this type of place. My son had researched a gaming PC he wanted and had already ordered it and signed up. I had no idea he had done any of this and they called and called and finally called and found out what my son had did . When I got to Aaron's I was a little unsure on the process or what would happen. I tell you honestly best experience I have ever had, they were amazing, so nice and understanding. They worked with my monthly, because my son receives a monthly check the 2 ND Wednesday of the month and they want a set same date monthly, but when I explained that, they said no problem, with out hesitating allowed me to set it up that way. I could go on and on about my experience. I'm so happy that the location I chose had all the amazing staff. They deserve more than 5 stars ???????????????????????????????.Thank you Aaron's Basline and Hardy!!

I've never been to a Aaron's store where the sales person is too lazy to leave the counter, answer questions about website, let alone try to make an in house sale.

Good morning,I just want you to know that I am not happy with the current management team you have in Tempe, Az on Baseline Rd.The previous team did everything they could to assist in making my payments convenient for me. This team TOTALLY refuses to assist in any way shape or form. If I did not need this furniture and bedroom set it would of gone back months ago. They call me 8-10 times a day, around the first, when my payment is and has been scheduled to be deducted on the 16th of each month. Now the WILL NOT work with me in setting this back upI am telling you are losing a lot of customers due to they inability and unreasonable request on payments.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!
