Clinical counseling and support.
Our pharmacists and registered nurses educate patients on how to use, store, and administer their medication. Patients can reach a pharmacist or nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also help patients manage medication side effects and set reasonable expectations for their therapy.

There should be a negative star option for this company. Delays, miscommunication, more delays.. they are the absolute worst and unfortunately you are forced to go through them for meds that you need to survive. Hope they go out of business and an improved specialty pharmacy gets the contract with insurances.

How is this terrible company even still in business…? They should be shut down and sued for how difficult they make it to get your medication.

I have had a pleasant experience and the staff has been helpful over a few different calls. I was not expecting this after seeing all the poor reviews.
