I've been waiting for my biologic for weeks. Been on the phone with them for hours. Had my doc call them. They're still processing. I've been told they're processing the script for weeks and they'll call me in 2 or 3 days. That's the same line for weeks with no call. Total BS.

Unbelievably incompetent in every respect. Cigna forces me to use them or else I would choose any other specialty pharmacy on earth.

Be very careful with them. They donot inform pts of medication costs prior to shipping and donot sign up for automatic refill because they to use that as a way to make you pay. I would not use them.
