Miss Tish is very nice and sweet and this review is a reflection of the services not the customer service. Miss Tish gets 5 stars. I came here to cash a check and I was charged $4 for enrolling in a bank account that she had to enroll me in because I hadn’t cashed the check with this place in a couple years. She did try to get me to sign up for direct deposit but unfortunately my job does not offer that as they only work with paper checks. I do think it is unfair for people to have to pay $4 for a service that they did not ask for and possibly cannot utilize because it is policy. I know that it is only $4 but people should not be forced to pay for a service that they didn’t ask for.
