Although I have only been there for one month before leaving AZ, I benefit a lot from these experiences. the skills and the mindset of focusing on your technique have been always with me when I am doing lifting. Phenomenal weightlifting club. Haven't encountered a single person at the gym who wasn't both cordial and supportive, and the coaches know how to get the most out of their athletes while being world-class weightlifters themselves. Every day, you can hear all athletes cheering each other on for the most beginner lifters to the most advanced. The community is small but growing, and will continue to grow due to the excellent environment and coaches. Personally, I worked with Jimmy Marquez, who I can't say enough positive things about, since his love for the sport shows through his patience and willingness to teach even the most minute of details. The coaches are experts in building solid foundations (perfect technique above all else) for their lifters, so that they can develop and progress over the long term, as well as avoid potential injuries along the way. TL;DR The club has amazing vibes and you won't regret joining.

ALEE has the best vibes in the valley. Everyone is so supportive and helpful regardless of if you're brand new to the sport or a long time athlete. I look forward to coming here every day I train and I feel immediately welcomed and wanted when I walk in. It's a small community here and you really get the chance to know and become friends with individuals who share common goals and interests. The coaches are truly top-notch and you wouldn't get better training anywhere else!

Alee Athletics, run by Alex Lee (Team USA), Michelle and several other phenomenal coaches. They are all very passionate about weightlifting, and helping anyone who wants to learn. The gym atmosphere makes you want to train hard and push yourself. The team treats you just like family. I've trained at both their previous location, and their new location, and nothing has changed but the address. Additionally, the new coaches Kory and Jimmy make a great addition to the team. They are the nicest and most humble guys and they are always smiling and wanting to help.
