Amazing tour! The staff was really welcoming, the property looked clean, and the unit layout was really nice. Our tour guide Braedon explained everything very clearly, and answered all of our questions. This space was a great option and the community felt safe. Close to asu campus and solid option if you’re apartment hunting!

Living here at Alight has been nothing but a great experience. From the warm welcomes and hello’s by the office, to the clean and quick maintenance workers, I have enjoyed every moment of the last 2 years. The office personnel are fantastic at assisting with any needs and making sure the residents are as comfortable as possible. Alight offers very affordable rates with clean apartments and highly skilled maintenance workers in the event of any issues. All the employees have truly made my living experience amazing. Also, the office’s dedication to community events and making sure we residents have something to come and grab helps make the difficult days better. And they have free coffee! #LiveAlight

Great overall experience.
The team in the leasing office is very friendly and keen to help out. The maintenance team has always been very nice and responds quickly.
Having the light rail just a couple of steps in front is definitely a plus!!!
All utilities included is another good thing!

Before coming here, I had read most of the reviews. When we settled in, everything was fine; however, after a month or so, we encountered a problem with the hot water. Currently, we have hot water available for a limited time; sometimes it's readily accessible, and at other times, it's difficult to find. To take a bath, we first need to check the water, and then we can take a bath. My roommates and I need hot water early in the morning (like 5:30 and 6:00 a.m.).

Soilid near campus apartment for the price, the train station nearby is great for commuting. Additionally, the staff are friendly and the gym is well maintained. The rent is very reasonable for the area and the pool is nice in the summer.

No hot water for 2 straight weeks. Water for the whole building has been shut off 4 or 5 times within those two weeks. Elevator barely functions. Genuinely don't stay here. EDIT: Yeah the water is shut off for repairs, yet the hot water still wasn't fixed, so we had shutoffs for no reason.

Great place for students because it's convenient and has great amenities. Light rail connectivity is definitely a perk. Rent is affordable compared to other student apartments. Only problem I have had is the water shutdowns that sometimes happen on short notice.

Lied about securing cheaper prices if I renewed my lease early. Renewed at a higher price than 6 months later… when they did a “flash sale” and I was stuck with the more expensive lease price.
