I buy a half tank of gas EVERYDAY in this gas station for months and order meals here to eat but tonight an old South Asian Male told me that they don’t have an Eating Permit and I am not allowed to refill. I told him yes and just went back to checking my emails and two (2) Minutes Later he was back and he shouted at me “I told you to Leave” so I left. I couldn’t Understand him speaking with his unintelligible accent.

The older employees manager are unreasonable raising their voices the younger folks way easy way ti talk to. These older managers and employees are unreasonable rude and disrespectful. Wish i could put no stars. Kudos to the younger employees like Ahmad and Miguel they are very nice people but these other 2 older managers are rude and racists.

Be very careful when you buy anything here. Be sure to check the expiration date. I bought a soda there and it was flat. I took it back into the store and asked to get another one. The woman behind the counter shook the soda up said she saw bubbles. She refused to give me my money back. I asked where the expiration date is on the bottle. She pointed to it and I looked at it in the light and it said that it was February 2024 she still refused to give me my money back. I have called the general manager. She needs to be fired. She was also very rude to me. She called me honey three times after I asked her not to. She was working there at 11: 00 on Tuesday October 15th, 2024. Manager watch the video tape.

I’ve been a customer for years. I like the management, but I’m tired of products being this priced on the wall/product, and then not having that price honored at the register. It’s not about the money. I bought two emerald paper towels, they were listed at $1.29 with a little sticky on both paper towel rolls. There was no price marker on the shelf where the Towel sat. When I went to pay in the cashier scanned, they listed at $2.99 ea. I brought it to the cashiers attention, he talks to the cashier behind him, And then told me it must be mispriced. I said is there anything you can do? And he said no, do you still want him? Obviously, I needed paper towels, so I bought them. Right before he bagged them, She ripped the prices off. This isn’t just a matter of common courtesy for stores to treat customers. This is Arizona state law. Attached are direct photos Of the state laws, My receipt, And the clearly ripped off price tags on the emerald paper towel rolls. I really hope we can make this right, and stop this from happening in the future. I know we all want to avoid the department of agriculture….

Closed for shift change for over an hr. Wouldn’t be an issue if the store wasn’t posted as a 24hr store, or had a will return by (time) sign. Very inconvenient for being a “convenience” store.

A very rude old male with receding hairline cashier decided to disrespect me the moment I entered. How pathetic.
Went in to see if I could grab a snack minutes before 5am, however I was greeted with disdain and a fake smile from the male cashier. As I looked around, I noticed that they put up a sign requesting that we pay for our drinks/cup of ice before we make them. Um, no. So I decided to look around, and he asks me twice if I was ok, but I didn't answer the first time (as I never needed to for his disrespect towards me). The third time he let me know that he is closing and that they do not have a bathroom (I ask how long, he states in 10 or so minutes, so I stayed browsing for 10 minutes without paying for anything).
After 10 minutes and beginning to walk out of am/pm, he bluntly decided to show his disdain against me by blowing a complaining raspberry towards me. I smiled and said have a nice day. A chubby OLD man with receding hairline wearing a orange shirt that matches the am/pm logo decided to disrespect a grown woman - in my mid 20s...HOW LOW AND PATHETIC OF YOU. AND FOR NO REASON. By the way, your business runs 24 hours - as stated on Google every day. Guess someone isn't that smart to know how to run their business. Oh well, not my issue. Clean up your act, and try not to blatantly fail at throwing shade and disrespect my way. Grow up.
Definetly do not recommend this location at Hardy Drive and University. Spend your money and energy elsewhere. God bless you.

Was just accused of being racist and refused service from the woman who I believe is a manager/owner...... all because I asked for the advertised price on 2 packs of candy for $6.50. She said I had been in prior and told her to "go back to her country." I did no such thing.

I witnessed the owner kick a kid out that didn't do anything owner said he was banned and that was awkward a kid trying to purchase his items and not steal the world has enough theirs seen the young man drop his head after the owner refused him services it BROKE MY HEART this place should be Closed It Would Be a Great Quick TripLocation.
