Went in for the first time today to purchase a shirt.didnt have the size we needed with emblem and they made on for us super fast. Absolutely top notch. Excellent service.

Went to get uniforms for my daughters this afternoon. Instead of welcome, the young lady said “we are closing at five.” I told her I drove 45 minutes in traffic to get here. She showed my school section and just walked away. The selection was thin but fortunately a gentleman said if the size is not there, we can get it in the back. So he got a “runner” to get us the right skirt. While I was waiting another young girl said “we are closing at 5” at that point I was done. I told her she was the second person to tell me and I am aware of the time. I was waiting for the runner to get what I needed. I would have been out of there already if assistance was offered to me when we first arrived. I felt like a burden as a customer and I have always been treated with respect and excellence in the past but definitely not today.

First off, I want to say that Kailyn (I hope that’s how you spell her name) was absolutely fantastic! Super helpful, unbelievably kind and just amazed me with her high quality of customer service. She ran to the back to check for shirts and jumpers for my daughter and didn’t show any form of annoyance or anything when I continued to ask for help. I appreciate her more than she knows.
The only thing that I rated down for was the lack of signage stating that the store no longer accepted payment through ESA and I had to submit for reimbursement. It should have been made aware as soon as we walked in by either a sign or by an employee. The last 2 years, there has been a change every time I walk through the door, but this year was the biggest impact as we just didn’t really have the money to spend up front. We made it work but I left really upset. The only reason we made it work to pay in store was because I felt guilty for having Kailyn run to the back for me multiple times and I didn’t want to have had her make all that effort just for me to leave. Please keep customers updated on how uniforms have to be paid for, that way we know what to expect when walking through your doors.
Kailyn… WONDERFUL JOB LADY! You are a rockstar!

We’ve never had a poor experience with anything at Anton (6 year customer and counting). The staff is always super helpful. Online orders are easy. I’ve seldom needed to exchange anything I’ve purchased online, but when I have, it was super easy. John even delivered an online order to my house since he was heading that way. Superior customer service. Thanks for always making school shopping so easy.

As far as a uniform store goes, its about as good as it gets. The staff are friendly and helpful. They take returns and exchanges if the sizing is off. I have even been able to get clearance prices on clothes and saved a lot of money. You can look on the website to find out if they carry your schools uniform. If so, I highly reccomend Anton Uniforms!

We encountered a problem that was the manufacturer’s fault, problem with the school’s patch so many hit with the problem. Anton made the school and principal aware, and took care of the problems ASAP, some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. If you need a uniform, come to Anton

I went to the Tempe Location to shop for the upcoming school year for my daughter. I was very impressed with the young gentleman, Brandon, who assisted us. He was knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciated his attention to us! Awesome employee you have there, Anton! I hope when we return, he will be there!

This was my first time going to Anton for my kiddos' uniforms and the customer service was great! They were inviting from the start and very helpful throughout our experience. Tegan helped us out getting the shirt sizes needed for my kiddos and she continuously checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anymore sizes. Jessie helped us alot with trying to find the right size for my daughter's skirts, she went to the point of getting her sup Jamie. They both dedicated a lot of time to find the right size skirt for my daughter! We found a fitting skirt, but found out it might not be approved by the school. They were able to find 1 skirt that still was fitting and comfortable after that. Only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star was more of the sizes available due to the vendors, but the staff definitely deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you again for all the help!
