I worked with Hannah and she was great, very knowledgeable about pricing and making sure I understood the terms. The storage unit was clean, and well maintained. And the pricing is definitely unbeatable Compared to other storage units in Arizona! Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the market for a storage company.

I had a great experience with this storage facility the manager was friendly and clearly explained everything, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The unit was impressively clean, far better than others I’ve seen, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Really happy with my experience at Arizona Storage Inns in Tempe. The facility is clean, well-organized, and feels safe. Prices are reasonable, and everything was easy to set up.
Hannah at the front desk was super helpful and kind. She made the whole process simple and took the time to make sure everything was clear. Great customer service like that really stands out.
Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable storage spot!

I had such a great experience at Arizona Storage Inns here at the Tempe location! I have to give a special shoutout to Hannah at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in, her positive energy made the whole process feel easy and stress free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing or pushing. It’s not every day you come across customer service this genuine and helpful! The facility itself was also very clean, well-kept, and surprisingly affordable, which made things even better. I highly recommend this location, especially if Hannah is there to help you out. She made all the difference!

I bid on a storage unit and ultimately won the unit. When I arrive to pay for my unit, Hannah is there to greet me very friendly and helpful. She shared with me all the specials and gave me great options for storage. I found the facility very nice and clean and there was very easy access. I would rent from Arizona storage Inns Tempe in the future and recommend this storage options to friends and family. It is centrally located in Tempe, close to all the freeways.

This storage facility has great rates but even better customer service. Hannah is amazing. She walked me through the whole process to get a unit and gave me an amazing deal. No rate hikes, no fine print, just the price that you pay and that’s it.

I have been a customer at Arizona Storage Inns for 10 years now and would stay for another 10 if I could! It's a great company with great staff, Hannah in the office goes above and beyond with her service and definitely makes every interaction a great one! Would recommend this place to all my friends and family!
