The return process is torturous. The cashier was rude and acted like I was greatly inconveniencing them. I like the store but the experience was bad. Just know you have to have the card that you bought the item with or they can only give you store credit. It took me about 10 minutes to return one item

This location has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever witnessed. Especially “Denaya” she was practically arguing with me saying my husband’s name must be on my account not mine even after the fact that I showed her, it clearly says my name on the account. Her response was “well that’s what it shows on our end” after giving a stink face. It literally took 4 people to retrieve my online order 🤦🏻♀️ save your sanity and travel the extra few miles to avoid this location at all costs! It doesn’t take Einstein to ask for an order number which would’ve avoided any confusion that they put themselves through from the get go. Then, after the fact has the nerve to say “oh next time we’ll have to verify it’s you with an ID” after I got my order and after telling me she has my email address with my name in the email address 🤷🏻♀️
Their employees definitely lack proper training! My 4 yr old has more knowledge.

Great At Home store selection…however way too Xmas and Crazy Strong Scents - with so many chemicals I was getting allergic reaction (I never have allergic reactions). My sensitive partner had such burning lip sensations she had to leave store.

They have a lot of household "things". And you really have to watch the prices. May items cheaper elsewhere.

Meachelle and At Home Store staff (Tempe Elliott store) were extremely helpful. They were as excited as I was to see how the design would turn out. Thanks for the wonderful space designed from the At Home Store products

Found exactly what I wanted at a great price. This is a fun place to browse - you never know what you might find. I shop here a few times a year. Furniture can be pricey if you are bargain hunting. I really like the mirror selections.

I can’t express how grateful I am to the staff at this location. They went above and beyond to help me find the planters I was looking for. Which happened to be stored in the back. They brought one out and it did not have enough of the blue tinge I was looking for. Mike and Danaya were so polite and kind and made the extra effort to find one that did! They even helped me load it into the car. I drove all the way from Gold Canyon for this planter and almost left empty handed had the staff not been as helpful and polite. Thank you Mike and Danaya and the other lady who called them to help me. I wish I had gotten your name to.
