Complete scam.
They lure you in with plans and prices that seem like a great deal, only to sneak in extra charges you never agreed to—like the so-called “upgrade plan.” Even after explicitly declining these add-ons, they still find their way onto your bill. And don’t expect customer service to help; instead of fixing the issue, they’ll try pushing even more “benefit plans” on you. As for their insurance? Useless. They can’t even follow through when you need them. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

This store has the worst customer service ever. The assistant store manager Alondra does not know how to talk to her clients and instead of coming to a resolution she walked away. My husband and I recently switched to AT&T two days ago & purchased two screen protectors ($85). First, screen protectors were placed wrong and when we got home my husband’s screen protector was already cracked. Alondra the assistant store manager refused to help us out & refused to provide us with the store managers information. This store needs to rethink who they put as the face of their company.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! They LIED tome about everything. Did not tell me important information when I opened account.
They will promise a price but after a week you will find out that that price is not correct and it’s more.

Look, i get it..it’s a commission job and having worked once for AT&T I know what the grind is like. That being said, when upgrading a phone the rep should go over everything expected to be charged to your next bill..instead my rep just blew it all by. The $35 upgrade fee is fine, but then plugging me in for Next Up and the insurance (without telling me to cancel it same day) is pretty shitty.

Do not I repeat do not get atnt
Thy will lie and cheat to get you to sign with them and give you big discounts to transfer your service
And you will find out it was all a lie
1 ) they will say anyone in your family can get the nurse discount ( thats a lie )
2 ) they will say you can have the same service on all your phone when actually they only give unlimited high speed data to only one phone or 2 so they can give you a price that is competitive
Lie
3 ) they will not tell you about the 3 years commitment even when you give them your old phones for. 1000 credit
They will divide it to months so you can never get out of it
3 ) they tell you that you can have 2 numbers on one phone with e-sim
Another lie atnt do not allow for 2 lines on one phone even with e-sim
4) they will promise a price but after a week you will find out that that price is not correct and it’s 30 percent more another lie
5 ) you will wait hours to speak to customer service and no one knows what they are doing
I get deferent information from different agents
To summarize
Don’t believe a word
They will lie and cheat to get you to sign it will take 2 weeks and 10 hours on the phone to find out that
You can no longer cancel and you are married to them for 3 years
My next email is to the bbb and to the attorney general

Got a phone for my niece and they ruined my plan. Changed my plan without explaining what I would be losing and I lost benefits that I cannot get back. Highly upset by this and will not be returning to this store for anything. #liars

Whatever you do, ask for a print out of everything they quote you your phone is worth before you agree to trading in for an upgrade. They value will change drastically and you won’t know until your first bill and you’re already locked in. I experience very deceptive practices from this store. Once my term is up, I will never patronize AT&T again.

Kiara was a total life saver today. After a manager at another location severely damaged my phones and my ability to get help, I came here. Thankfully I did!!! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful and I would return yet again.
Great team here and they took care of everything and even gave some great advice for going forward

Jacob was amazing! We had an accident with a pool and a cell phone. We walked in, explained and Jacob gave us the full range of options, costs and comparisons. Knowledgeable and thorough, which doesn’t sound exciting as a review, but is exactly what you need when buying a new phone. Jacob provided excellent customer service and I will specifically come back to the Riverview store because of my positive experience.
