Hesper, the employee who assisted me and my mom was wonderful. She was friendly and patient. We had 4 phones to set up and transfer data on. It took a long time, but throughout Hesper was super courteous and helpful. When I had to go and pick up my daughter during the long data transfer she was happy to let us leave our phones and come back. Thanks so much for helping the technology challenged!!

Awful customer service and terrible store manager, Mario Lang. Manager was rude and refused to assist me with my issue and give incorrect contact information to get my issue resolved.

It was extremely busy there today (there were 3 people ahead of me & 9 people behind me). There were only 2 workers but they were so kind and made sure to address helping everyone on their turn. They did awesome.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I spoke with one of their sales managers over the phone regarding an issue I'm having with a phone I ordered. He informed me he could help me and would give me a call in a few weeks or whenever the item came into stock to manually add a promotional discount I did not receive. When I asked for this in writing, he refused and disconnected the call. I'm supposed to be switching from T-Mobile to AT&T, but these red flags are telling me STAY AWAY!!!

Rude employees and non existent customer service. Mario clearly hates his job. He leaves periodically and is nowhere to be found! Go elsewhere!

Joey is the man. Not only was he super patient with some hiccups in my account, but he exhausted every option possible in terms of getting me a new phone the day of. Due to my job, I need a phone or I can't work so thank you Joey for hooking me up and getting me set up seamlessly despite the stress. Recommend this guy to anybody.

Using Maps it was a pain in the butt to find although going back today it took me straight there. The guy I talked to yesterday was great, very enthusiastic and energetic. He knew what he was talking about and he had my phone fixed within a few hours but I had already left so I picked it up this evening. He was the one that repaired it and it's working great. Need to get a very good case because I've already dropped it three times. Be back soon lol
