Worked with Carl to buy a Hyundai Palisade. Process was fast but I was promised to have the windows tint repaired and the car detailed due to some stains it had.
Apart from the initial interaction for him to make the sale was the only time he reached out to me.
I’ve had to reach out to the service center myself to get the appointment scheduled, where I’m still waiting for someone to call back. So don’t expect any kind of support after the sale is made, all I’m saying is be true to your word.

I went here and they tried to play me! Well jokes on them because I went somewhere else and got a car for the down payment and monthly payment I asked! Sad thing is, it's Black people doing they're own people in. I went to the White people and they helped me!!!! Anthony and Jason, you're both wrong and you lost a sale!!!!

I won't go into a huge documentation regarding the representatives in the Credit Solutions Department. I will say I've known AD, since his Mel Clayton Ford years. It's truly sad he has individuals under him who are not doing their due dilegence.
