Greg and his techs were great to work with.
I got help with: 1. An advisory phone call that saved me some steps 2. No difficulties with bringing my own (quality) parts 3. Work started same day I brought my truck 4. Work was done in 2.5 days 5. Difficult wheel bearing problem solved without damaging my wheels 6. I believe an honest effort to keep my labor bill low 7. They told me I had lots of good working parts and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

Came in for quote. He took his time coming out. He was not interested in doing his job. He is selling puppies inside his shop, maybe that makes up for his laziness with his auto body shop

Greg rubbed me the wrong way on the phone. Not gonna use this place. Told me I can’t send him photos for an estimate because he’s gotta look for stuff with his “trained eye”. To be perfectly honestly it’s a pretty straight forward repair that I could probably fix myself I just don’t have free time. Moreover, I would have been more than happy to receive instructions on how to best take photos for a rough estimate. Sorry you’re having a bad day dude.

Went there to have Gary look at my car. First time I had been there felt like I had known him for years. Told him what I would like for him to check.He gave me a estimate. It was a little expensive but better than what I was getting. Definitely a very HONEST and Up front guy. He took a look told me when I came back asked what I wanted to do. He said he could get me in the next morning. So I did it. When I got my car back it was half the cost of the estimate. Told me what else needed to be done for it to be completed. I now have a new mechanic. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. I will recommend him to my family,kids ,friends as well as anyone else who is looking for a GRAT MECHANIC.

Let me start by saying that I own a body shop up in Washington State. I am rarely impressed by other shops but I am by this one. 45 years in business and not a single insurance contract (he works for the customer!!). This shop fixes cars the right way!
My boyfriend has had his truck repaired here several times and it's always been perfect. He says "Greg is a legend" ?

Randy helped me at the front desk. Man is amazing very informative and straight forward. Found out the car i purchased 3 months prior was a lemon and informed me how i should go forward with his recommendations. Cannot express my gratitude enough. It's hard to find a great reliable mechanic. I'm from cali and left my last one behind. They will be my mechanic for life. Recommended them to my friend and his experience was just as amazing. 15/10 recommended them.

Phenomenal service with honest, trustworthy mechanics which are in short supply these days it seems! Randy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. 11/10 experience, plus they have the cutest dogs to pet while you wait.

Greg and Gary were extremely helpful while dealing with my insurance claim. These guys are honest and trustworthy, which is difficult to find when dealing with vehicle repairs this day and age. Every employee here was always very kind and helpful, answering any questions that I had with great detail. On top of this, they do amazing work. I will be returning to them for any problems I have whether it be body work or a mechanical issue. Thank you guys!
