By far one of the worse places to ever purchase a used vehicle or new vehicle.. please do listen to the bad reviews on this place. If I would've known, I would of read the reviews before purchasing a vehicle here, my story with this place would not fit in the comment section. But I will leave pictures of what they did. And think about it why would the General manager Richard say " there are no promises to fixing the roof to your liking," mind you it was there workers that damaged my roof top of my truck! One of these pictures shows there people still "working on it" on my way to pick it up!! I'm very angry and dispointed with the "men" that work there just because I'm a young female they thought to take advantage of me.. but they where wrong pay close attention everything they try to avoid you finding out.. NEVER give them any sort of down payment!! Get you pre-approval.. so they claim that they didn't use anything to damage the paint but where trying to offer me $200 for the damage and I told them no because paint chips and clear coating damage it had to be not thank $500 or higher and they supposedly made a check out to me for the $500 (turns out was never going to get a check for the 500) but I still went to get an estimate on the damage that was done and it came out to be $3,700 so the sale guy Jacob told me they where willing to fix it but I did not want to take it back to get it fixed from them when they were the ones to damage the roof little did I know they weren't planning on fixing it the right way. What they wanted to do now was to give me money back and keep the truck to fix the damaged roof top the right way and resell the truck for more money and I told them no. Such greed people. Very unprofessional. I tried to be reasonable with them, but it looks like they weren't with me.

Went in for basic maintaine, tire rotation and oil change. Charged me 350$ with a tacked on misc. charge of 31.00 with no explanation. Tried calling back to my service advisor who left a card on my invoice and couldn't get ahold of them. Called the general number and was told "the managers there never answer" and the best we can do is leave a message. Unbelievable

I took my 2017 Toyota Corolla in to get the brakes replaced in August, drove away, expecting to fill a little bit more safe with new brakes. Unfortunately, less than 3 weeks later, I ended up coming back to have them look at my brakes again as I could hear a grinding and having to pump my brakes to get the car to stop. They took the car in, three hours later said nothing was wrong with it. Two months later, hearing metal to metal and I have to pump my brakes practically to get the car to stop still. I cannot get a return call from the service manager, the service director and I’m at wits end!! Thank goodness for Big Two Toyota in Gilbert, they’ve given me some guidance on how to get this resolved with their corporate offices in Texas. I will never go back to this place after they turn my money!

The service, kindness and professionalism we received from Randy Scott in the AutoNation Toyota Tempe Service Center was second to none! Randy was honest and upfront with us about everything from the start and he went above and beyond our expectations to resolve an issue that we were experiencing. I have been going to this dealership for repairs since I purchased my car in 2018, with largely positive experiences. But yesterday I had my best experience yet with Jorge- he was incredible. I mentioned offhand that my breaks had been squeaking, and he took the time to look into them for me and also helped me to get all the work done and stick within budget. He was kind, helpful, and very clear. I will definitely request him again the next time I go!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

After you buy a car if you have any issues or questions parts and service send you to sales it will ALWAYS go to voicemail and they WILL NOT call you back, very disappointing. First I called 2 or three times about a year ago as I had no key for the tires and didn’t know how to get it and was in my own, now my normal Toyota care has expired I have two other years I got when purchasing the car no one can find it and no one there again is returning my calls and service transfers to sales and that’s it so now I had to pay the normal service that was included on my purchase. Once sale complete clearly no use for you for this I will never purchase another car from autonation

I had a 10 a.m. appointment today for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I had to sit in my car and wait 15+ minutes for the Service Tech assigned to me to become available. There were many other Service Techs immediately available. I asked if they would send someone else but they would not. Then I waited and waited there for over 5 hours and got no updates on the status of my car. I then had another employee show me to the Service Tech's phonebooth sized office and demanded my car be returned to me immediately. He didn't even remember checking me in! I could see on his computer screen names of people who had been serviced that day with many green showing service was complete and my name listed in yellow way down at the bottom of the list. He went and found my car on no service had even started. They had lured me in with free oil change and free wipers then stole my Saturday. I even missed my blood donation appointment scheduled for 1:30 that afternoon because I was stranded at AutoNation Toyota Tempe Service Center. They did earn one star review for great tasting coffee in their canteen in the waiting area.

Rude sales manager.I set up an appointment to look at a vehicle and told the salesman (Max, who pleasant) that this dealership was my third stop. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from my second dealership, so I called Max to inform him and cancel my appointment as a courtesy.I got a call back from a "Sales Manager" after I canceled with Max, and he (did not get his name) was very snide and condescending. I ended up hanging up on him in the middle of the conversation.I am glad I did not patronize this establishment. I will never consider this dealership in the future.

I was greeted with excellent customer service when I arrived. I appreciate a business I can trust and employees that are nice. My car was serviced in a timely manner and they were very complimentary. Would recommend!!

Brought our camry in for 30k service. After leaving and getting home, car was leaking oil, not small drops, but rather a large leak with a small puddle. Was leaving town that day. Called numerous times just to clarify if I was ok driving back to Tempe to get it looked at bc i live in southeast Chandler and after seeing how much oil was underneath the car, i did not want any damage since it was not even a year old. Called service desk they said I could bring it back, but I requested info if there was going To be damage. They gave me Brandon, service managers number. I called and left a very detailed message on Friday afternoon, and today is Wednesday afternoon. Still no call back, nothing. Very disappointing that there was no care or regard for their mistake and any effort to fix it. We will take our business elsewhere and when we purchase our next new car this next year, we will not be purchasing it at tempe Toyota.

Currently battling an errant $1700.00 recommendation to fix a specific primary complaint. Customers service representative and service managers won’t own up to their mistake and have doubled down on the predatory and unethical sales tactics. Mechanic and manager have proven to be incompetent and unhelpful thus far.This dealership makes an inordinate amount of mistakes, and they push the responsibility on the owner. This turns into a scam because the customer pays for the dealerships mistakes, and then the dealership asks the customer to pay more to fix the same problem.Be prepared to be used and abused by this dealership.I will be reporting this organization to the Better Business Bureau for aggressive and misleading sales tactics, including outright lying.I don’t plan on spending another dime at this dealership ever again, and I may switch to a whole new car make altogether.Working with this team has been a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

My sister in law bought a fantastic new car from here. But she had issues with her maintenance contract ( she had two to the time of $3070)and was belittled my maintenance manager and literally harassed. So she cancels maintenance program through Totota corp, only to find out her contracts (she has two because she bought maintenance and extra care after two days after purchase)were written wrong and her first cash deposit wasn't transferred by finance guy ( probably an accident because she added the care packages and that was paid for by credit card which prob caused some confusion). She calls Finance manager Nick C. and he is so rude and doesn't return her phone calls ( 7 documented calls). I step in because my sister in law is losing it and Nick won't help and is super cocky! Customer service gets involved , but it goes nowhere because we have called 5on your side and they are mad. Next, finance guy calls 5 on your side and basically threatens them because " Toyota advertises with them" mafia style I say!There is so much more to this than I can even say! I can post contracts, phone logging, discussions, and so much more! Buyer beware! Now dealing w corporate !

Simple to set up an appointment and the price was about $10 cheaper than what I pay at Express oil. Left my car there and it took about 2.5 hours to get done. I enjoyed the experience. I'm will be going back for sure.
