This is a great dealership. I had the best experience buying a car from Ted -- he's truly a gem. I've never actually enjoyed buying a car before, but I did this time! And in the years since I bought my Kona, I've used the service department for regular maintenance and repair work. They are awesome, as well. Fair, quick, and great communication!

I always have a pretty good experience when I bring my car in for service here. Anytime I call to schedule an appointment they always have something available pretty quick or sometimes same day which is extremely helpful. It does take awhile most of the time when waiting but I never have to worry about anything additional breaking or not working on my vehicle after a service has been completed. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else to have it serviced unless it is this dealership.

We needed to unexpectedly purchase a new car sooner than we had planned and came here to check out one of the vehicles on our list. We had such an amazing experience. Didn’t feel pressured to make any quick decisions. Was able to thoughtfully look and discuss with my husband the pros and cons. Our first sales person even showed us an option we hadn’t been considering that we feel in love with too and quickly added to our list. Wouldn’t change anything about our experience. Highly recommend this location, as the service was top notch, place was clean and we really appreciated that they had cars inside for us to explore / see and be out of the heat. Especially since we were shopping with our newborn.

This is an edit to my original review. . My 2025 Elantra has been needing a cable harness for 3 months and I keep getting told it is coming in and give a certain date and then they give me another date. I’ve had 4 dates already and my display screen just goes black when I’m driving which is annoying and dangerous when I’m looking at google maps trying to get somewhere. The buying process was nice but the customer service they give you afterwards is terrible. Part was suppose to come in 8-11-25 this last time and I’ve called dealer 3 times today and still waiting on response.

Bradley and Keith created a great buying experience. I checked out over 5 dealerships and these guys were highly competitive yet friendly and no bait and switch moves. They are legit, go see them.

This dealership has the worst Service Department that I have ever experienced. I'm a Manager in the Automotive industry , therefore I understand the importance of great customer service and CSI. Because of our past bad experiences with this service department we actually service our 2020 Sonata across the street at Tempe Kia. They treat us with respect , they show appreciation that we choose to spend money with their organization. When we take our vehicle to them for service they rotate our tires and give us a complimentary wash every time. Auto Nation Hyundai does not do that for us. However we had to have a recall performed which Kia could not perform, therefore with a heavy heart we to our vehicle to Auto Nation Tempe Hyundai. They told us that a specialist needed to be involved and they would update us before the day ended. By the end of the day no one bothered to contact us and be sure it's a Saturday we now have to wait until Monday. We have multiple vehicles therefore being without the vehicle is not the problem but what irritates me is the total disregard and the lack of common courtesy for them to pick up the phone and at least update us . Even if the specialist is the reason the recall has not been completed . They could have at least called and told us they were still waiting to hear something. This dealership's service department is horrible . I'm not saying this based only from this experience but past experiences with them as well. The service manager should be ashamed and the General Manager should be ashamed as well . Especially when a Hyundai customer prefers to take a Hyundai to Kia to get service performed. Let that sink in.......

Keith , Smoove and Anne , made purchasing a car so quick in easy. Came in at 10am and by 12 I was approved and had options to choose from! I left with my very first brand new car, I am so grateful for the teams services and making sure all
my questions were answered.

They are very accommodating during a service. I was able to secure transportation when my initial plan to stay for the duration fell through due to an understandable delay in transporting tires for replacement. My car is much better after the service.

Miss Ashley was my service agent and she was very nice and friendly and helpful.
But if I call the service department and someone else answer, they refuse to answer any question about my car.
