After a very costly and dumb mistake in my brand new Hyundai Ioniq 5, I had quite a bit of damage and wanted to find a local collison shop that could work both with Hyundai and my insurance. I am very fortunate to have found these guys. My car is not the easiest to work on, so parts took a while to show up. However, my advisor Valerie Shambaugh was incredibly pleasant to deal with. At every point, she was very responsive and communicated very clearly what was going on with my vehicle. I had all my questions answered and the work looks incredible. I hope I won't need any more body work done for a while, but I would not hesitate to come back to Valerie and AutoNation Tempe again if I ever do.

The staff was very kind and patient, even though I was frustrated and rude due to my situation. They informed me that the insurance l'm dealing with was trying to use aftermarket parts on my new car, and I appreciate their honesty.

Easy to find but just a little short on parking, but then what business isn't.
I had made a appointment and a very polite man came out to take pictures and I answered a few questions. We went back inside and he had paper work done in 5 minutes. I was very happy and so far I will be letting them do the work.

Had to get my car repainted and they did a good job on that but ended up denting and cracking my front bumper. So had that repaired by them which was free of cost which is great. But the whole process of dropping off my car for the bumper repair, coordinating with enterprise for a rental car, then picking up my car after the repair was inefficient, lacked proper paperwork signing and filing and when I went to pick up my car, they misplaced the key to my vehicle.

Could not have asked for better service. Casey and the team were on top of everything, keeping me up to date on the progress, getting the work done with in the estimated time frame and the work is flawless, like the accident never happened. It was a little bit of a drive for me to use this shop but was well worth it. 10/10 Highly recommend 👌

Took a bit longer than expected, but they set me up with a rental car once needed, and I got my car back in excellent condition. Couldn't be happier! Valerie was wonderful and helpful during the entire duration of my repair. They did an amazing job putting my beautiful blue back together. I am thankful to everyone who played a part in repairing my car.
