Informative personal service. They know what they are doing and will work with you to try to track down problems. I have used them for years and been happy with their service. It becomes a personal relationship after a while. It is nice to find that in the world these days.

This was my first time using Babbitt! They came highly recommended by friends of ours. Brad greeted me and kept me informed about my service needs. Prices are much lower than at the BMW dealer !! I will be coming back for all my car servicing!!

My M3 is getting up in years, but it's still one of my all time favorite cars and I would like to keep it as long as possible. I've tried many BMW, European and Import repair shops after my warranty expired with the dealers, and I never found it to be a pleasant experience until I gave Babbitt in Tempe, AZ a go. Absolutely one of the best experience at a Automotive repair shop ever. The staff and owner are friendly, knowledgeable and they listen to my concerns and are open to what I was looking to have done. I left there feeling good about the work that was completed on the M3 and not the sick feeling like I got taken. I looked over the work and it was perfect! The M3 was well taken care of like I thought, with no missing items, bolts or items placed back on wrong. Straight up excellent clean mechanic work. High five and thumps up to their mechanics. Five stars all the way!
