Came for the coupon, will return for the experience. I have a very anxious kitty. She is the ultimate scary cat. Yes she was very anxious and scared while there, however more comfortable than she has ever been at any other vet. They have a separate section for cats away from the dogs which I think helped. The nurse was an absolute sweetheart the doctor was nice as well. And for the first time after coming home from a vet my cat roamed the house freely instead of spending the rest of the day / night hiding. I will definitely return the next time one of my fur babies needs a doctor. And I would absolutely recommend this place to others .

I have been coming to this Banfield for over 6+ years now - so many years I've lost count. I have a dog with some chronic health issues and she needs to visit more frequently than the normal dog. Everyone is great - especially Lindsey at the front desk, Amber the vet tech, Lee-Ann the manager & we love Dr. Seaman just to name a few. They always do their best to squeeze us in and I really appreciate them all.

I hate leaving bad reviews. Sadly, i do not recommend coming here. I was a new dog owner and needed some vaccines and got talked into doing the wellness plan. At first it seemed great, but then any time I had an "emergency" I could never bring my dog until 3 weeks out in which to me never made sense. Cause if im paying to have service here, and have a vet why do I have to wait/ go somewhere else. You have to make appointments 2 months in advance or you'll never get in when you want too. The past two times I needed vaccines the vets called out sick but then they couldn't reschedule me anytime soon at my main location or another... so then my dog was late on vaccines and I would have to go somewhere else to pay money when im already paying monthly. I rarely ever spoke to a vet, I just would have to wait for my dog. The only good thing was that all of his medical records were at my fingertips online. It made me sad because it seemed great when i started...

I came in today for a simple routine check up. My dog Moose's nurse Marissa was FANTASTIC! She was so welcoming, helpful and personable. Marissa is very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure my husband & I left not having one question. She offered information on the different routes of care we could do AND THEN SOME. Moose & I absolutely loved her and she made our experience at Banfield great. Marissa, you're great at your job and I wish you years of more success! Love, Moose & Jasmine

This is the first time I've taken my dog to this location. My dog wasn't feeling well, it seemed like aUTI but when I tried our normal location on Baseline Rd in Phx and had nothing for days available. Didn't even offer if they had a cancellation to call me. So I tried this location and another. This one said they could fit us in same day at 1:30. Person taking the information was friendly and efficient. We already have had our health plan since my dog was a puppy and I highly recommend it. Have had a few emergencies and it has laid for itself more than once. Once we arrived for his appointment, only had to wait a few minutes to get checked in. Friendly front area staff. Samantha then came and asked for details as to my concern. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and wonderful with my dog. She took him in the exam room and once story finished the basic exam the Dr came out and was amazing. Also friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and discussed options to see what the issue was. Once bloodwork, urine sample, prostate, kidney and electrolytes were checked verified that he did have a UTI. Discuss what medications would be prescribed and how long it will take and then was checked out. Also asked if I wanted the follow up appointment their location or the original location, I of course said this one is our new Location now. Dr also came out to see us again before we left. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.

Might as well just not bring your dog in at all. Absolutely not even worth the drive. Minus the front desk lady service is terrible. Scheduled us for an appointment and SPECIFICALLY asked us if we wanted drop off or an in room appointment. We said in room as we had a skin concern we wanted to go over. When the tech came out she was extremely rude and barely addressed us before walking off with our dog. When I asked about the in room she said snarkily "absolutely no in room appointments." I tried to find the spot on my dog quickly so I could ask her about the skin concern and she was clearly impatient so I showed her pictures I luckily had taken the day before. She said if you cant find the spot then we wont either and walked off. This really upset me because as a dog parent I am concerned with it which is why I want it looked at. If I was given more than 1 minute to sift through my huskies thick fur I would find it for them. As my pup left for his comprehensive exam which is supposed to include heart worm, deworming, & fecal check as well as, overall view of his health he was jn the room for literally 2 minutes! I was only able to ask the front desk one question before she brought him back to me! How in the world did you adequately evaluate my dogs health, skin patch, and check for the specifics in TWO MINUTES??? Will be making an appointment elsewhere.

I'm a fan. Great experience. Called as my dog was coughing and my regular vet could not see him. As a he's a senior dog, I was concerned it might be kennel cough acquired at a doggy day care. The person answering the phone was so, so professional. I appreciated this especially when we are worried about our fur kids. As I didn't have an appointment, she advised I do a walk-in and bring him prior to 11:00 am. I'd have to leave my dog there though. Check in was easy, they weighed my dog and I filled out a few forms. When the nurse came out, we reviewed symptoms and she told me about three tests that were quite pricey. I declined and said I'd need to see what the vet said first. Got a call about an hour and a half later and talked to the vet. All was good but agreed to do a test for valley fever to rule it out. Got antibiotics as well. Overall, great service and kind staff. Will try this place again should my pup need a same day walk in appointment.
