Honestly, the worst customer service I have ever received. I was truly shocked, especially since being a Gold Preferred member and banking with BofA for almost 25 years now. I immediately called customer service while exiting the bank to report this foul and unprofessional experience.First, I will start with the fact that I paid for parking and came to my planned appointment 6 minutes early. While I sat down for 10 minutes and there was only 1 teller and no one came to greet me I went over to ask him if anyone was working appointments and he said "Someone will be right with you." Now the manager, Liliana came out just to reiterate what the young kid just told me. Then I see a woman come out from the back who I guess was already helping someone in her seated area. Then a few moments later a man came out and hung around her desk and was going to walk back again and I got up and said, "Hey, do I need to reschedule my appointment?" He said, "No, come have a seat." So I sat down while he smacked his lips and cracked his gum in my face until finally he looked up at me from his computer screen and bluntly said, "What are you here for today?" I said, "I made an appointment for a name change." Now, I had called a few days earlier to make the appointment with all my official documents ready that I had taken over to other finanical instutes, no problem. I give this guy my marriage license and he is confused why there are two different last names on my marriage license and needs to talk to his manager. I'm so confused and Liliana comes over to me stating how she can't take my marriage license due to this. I said "There is no marriage license that will have the same last name. It's two different parties coming together in marriage, so I am confused what you are asking me for as this is a legal document." She then begins to tell me how she needs an updated document showing the same last name. So now I am honestly irritated as this makes ZERO sense. I point out on the license that it shows ME, the bride marrying XYZ, the groom. So you want the Superior Court to update a document for something you just literally made up? She proceeds to tell me that she needs to see other "things" with my new last name. I told her the DMV only prints out a paper until you receive it in the mail. Also, Social Security office took my SS Card since a new one is being issued. She now begins to educate me that this must be a whole new process for marriages. I said "No it's not and I am starting to become concerned with this process." She then ask me to go get the paper print out to show her. I said "Ok, but you do realize this is not an official document?" So I go to get the print out and come back. I am then ignored again by both associates while a teller plays in the lobby with the pens spinning the ball chain. So at this point my patience is being tested and I asked if someone was going to help me wrap things up. Liliana just stayed in the line to talk to a girl and then just stood there. Finally, she comes back over to tell me she can't take the paper print out. I am now infuriated and I tell her, "Listen, I feel extremely mistreated during this visit and met with the highest level of unprofessionalism. She said "Well, I will take your marriage license but only when you come back with a new photo ID." I said "Why is it that when I called this was ok? When I processed this with other finanical institutes this was ok? Moments ago you just told me an extremely untrue reason as to why you can't take my marriage license but now you can? Are you willing to lose a customer after so long over something like this? She said, "Possibly, and I can't help you. I told her I would be reporting her and her staff. She sent me a "cancellation" email and this is when I got on the phone to report her.I am happy to report that Alanna from the Dobson and Baseline location was able to exceed my needs and do her job righ

I am definitely not banking w them after my experience! I have no local bank, have military USAA so when in need of cash I need to do a "cash advance" (I have cash in my checking account and need more than ATMs dispense.) It was like I was asking them to reverse Earth's orbit. Weird looks, teller unsure, manager also apparently not sure (when I know every bank can do $10k) and was told uhh...we can do $4k. So, some arbitrary number. "What, there's a limit? I was told phoning customer service earlier $10k was fine, and USAA cleared it for 48 hours." Maybe they didn't have $10k in the bank?? Bizarre. And took up so much time, teller saying that requires a lot of input information (??)Had to get the rest $6k from Chase, took under 5 minutes. Once in my life need that sorta cash to buy a car of a friend's friend and missed it.

Spacious size bank. Not crowded. Friendly and service mind staffs. Fast support and hesitation to help or provide you the best recommendations. Deposit, withdraw, local wire transfer , international wire transfer can be done so quickly. Open new bank account might take a while but worth to wait. Register new debit or credit cards also fast and quick.Definitely use service from this bank again

Dante helped my checking account in a jiffy! Nate his manager was also very helpful and checked if I needed anything. One grouse is BofA website is not letting me cancel an appointment once booked - The links to "Manager my appointment" takes me just to my account page and I am unable to locate and cancel-

They have someone who goes up and down the line of people waiting, to ask them to use an atm. Line grows with only one teller quick. Understand the need to meet and greet, but comes a point where you roll your sleeves up to help to get customers out the door quicker.

Cierra is really nice and helpful. She helped me open a new account and a credit card. Also, she answered all of my questions with patience and professional advice. All the other bankers are awesome, too. I’ll definitely recommend students who just arrive Tempe to come here and open your first account.

Went in during late lunch on Friday to get notary done. Only one person qualified through appointment only. He was just sitting there...said he cannot help as he was covering phones. No one in line or called in. He said there were no appointments available until Monday. Kept asking if I could come back Monday morning. I didn't want to make another trip and pay for parking. Was told they had free parking. I looked at BOA website before going, no mention of appointment needed for notary or free parking. He couldn't answer where that information is posted. Several employees just standing around. Guess no one else can cover phones...he is that important.

The WORST bank in America, and this is the WORST BRANCH of the worst bank in America. B of A closed my account because I used the cash a check feature on the app. This was after they had given me the run around during our entire relationship. On the day they closed it, without informing me, another deposit for $50 through zelle had been deposited in my account. They kept the $50 and promised to mail me a check in the future. I have yet to receive my $50.so,in effect, B of A simply STOLE MY MONEY, and closed my account. I am going to have to take them to court and waste more time on this rag tag outfit. I am Ashamed that this "business" is named after my country. I know that they do not represent the scruples, or values that America is based on. SHAME ON YOU BANK OF AMERICA, SHAME!

Couldn't deposit a check because they were "unsure" about it but would not elaborate despite me being willing to provide any information needed. They couldn't confirm with a manager because he was at another location so it was refused. I was the only customer there. The teller was trying to be polite but this was super inconvenient.
