Don't bother yourself it's out of service 2nd time in a week I've been here and it's been OOS both times, incredibly annoying.

Went in during late lunch on Friday to get notary done. Only one person qualified through appointment only. He was just sitting there...said he cannot help as he was covering phones. No one in line or called in. He said there were no appointments available until Monday. Kept asking if I could come back Monday morning. I didn't want to make another trip and pay for parking. Was told they had free parking. I looked at BOA website before going, no mention of appointment needed for notary or free parking. He couldn't answer where that information is posted. Several employees just standing around. Guess no one else can cover phones...he is that important.

Nate is very friendly and helpful. He sat and counted coins with me for 10 minutes and was very kind! Would recommend this branch as they always offer great customer service.

I am taking my business elsewhere. This bank could have had it all. They were close and local. They misrepresented themselves more than once so that they could charge a stinking $15 fee per month on my checking account after I was told that a $2500 deposit would secure it from further billing. I've come to the conclusion no one can fix it. They give me a 1800 number which puts you on forever hold. Bad customer service for retention. Great theft strategy.My complaints are;1) They have made me stand in up to 110 degree heat for 30 minutes during the summer to make a deposit, more than once!2) Their people never knew me or my face.3) More than once the company held a certified or cleared check for 10 days against my account when managers promised a rush on funds the verified were already collected. All to process more fees. Then imposed a greater indignity of forcing an hour long wait on hold with your "Customer Care" line who could do absolutely nothing.4) Nope I've had enough of the "I don't care attitude" Thanks for showing just how much Team Jamie Dimon cares. Glad there are choices!

Ernest the bank manager needs to be fired or be dealt with disciplinary actions. He not only threatened me through the phone but when I got there he used his own body to threaten me and got right into my face. The other manager just watched and kept siding with Ernest. I am not happy with both managers but if one needs to be fired Ernest should be the first to go. I've used Bank of America for 15 plus years and they kicked me out threatened me and locked me out. I will never be going to this bank again and I recommend no one going

Ernest R. Whitehead "assistant Vice President" is a "Chad". Personally I think he is a raciest and doesn't like working. All I was doing was making a withdrawal.

This is a freestanding drive up kiosk. I would have given it more stars, but I don't really feel safe going there at night.
