I have been a Bank of America customer since 1992. I value their processes and securities. I had my dad who is in early stages of dementia open an account. This is where Bank of America securities are so valuable. My dad unknowingly gave his banking info to a suspicious vendor. Bank of America immediately stopped the activity. Due to the nature of my dad’s mental capacity, we needed to go into a financial center to remedy the account.Shawn the personal banker at the location on Warner and McClintock greeted us with the warmest welcome, assuring me we would be able to take care of my dad’s needs. Shawn was understanding, professional and went above and beyond to assist me and my father in correcting my dad’s account and placing additional steps to smoothly handle any further potential occurrences.Although this is not the closest branch to our home, I will intentionally go to this location on McClintock and Warner to work with Shawn for any of our banking needs.Thank you Shawn for being an amazing human.

I have had to use this location on occasion because it is in my neighborhood (I can walk there), but for years have had consistently poor customer service. On a recent visit on 12/19/23, the employee at the front did not greet me and when I proceeded to try to get answers to an issue with my mortgage. I felt that I was spoken to in a condescending way and was treated as if I was going to rob the place (FYI, I came in wearing scrubs and polished looking and had all forms of ID required of me). When I came in to deposit a check (since I was already there), I was told I could just do all of this on the app. This employee seemed unhappy to deal with me. Unfortunately this is not a one time occurrence at this site. Sigh!!

here is what happened, same service request, wire money to title company, which is critical important for me to buy house, I was in branch office corner of warner and McClintock, took me about one hour served by 2 bankers, didn't success, what they told me is that I don't have debit card, I give them driver license and other credit cards to show I am I, but they are not willing to help a loyal customer with accounts in bank of America, then I have to leave, and try to do it online, but doesn't work, finally I try to give last try in ray and 48th street branch, then hula,no appointment, they give me a position, and finished the wire money in 10 minutes,AmazingSame common daily job , see the big difference from different people and manager

I travel out of my way to deposit my check every 2 weeks. Every staff member is super friendly and it’s very easy to talk with them every visit— I highly recommend this Bank of America branch!

Didn’t acknowledge me after walking in and waiting for almost 5 minutes, couldn’t care to have anyone available? I don’t know ??♀️ terrible first experience sadly as a business that banks with BOA. Thankfully I have the Lending Club which has amazing over the phone customer support. BOA phone customer support is also terrible, now I know they’re terrible in person too ?

This location inspired me to close all of my accounts after 20+ years of banking with BofA after being locked out of my accounts for one week as a result of a simple name change.

This location definitely needs more tellers present. I came in a weekday morning thinking it wouldn't be very busy since most people would be at work, but there was only one teller working behind the desk and the rest of the individuals were working at the desks or greeting customers. I'm surprised more individuals haven't been trained to work as a teller to flex in case the line of customers grows too long. The line eventually grew to about 8 parties and I saw more people pulling into the parking lot as I was leaving. When I was in line the people said that for the past couple weeks they had only seen one teller working and when they had spoken to management, there weren't any plans to change that anytime soon.

My mother, a customer of over 40 years, went to deposit a check on April 25 at 4 pm. She came prepared and walked past the table where people write out their deposit slips to get to the banking line. A woman came up behind her and said that was her place in line and my mom told her that she wasn't there when she walked up. The woman proceeded to berate and threaten my elderly mother, continuously saying, "Do you want to take this outside?!" My mother just motioned to her to go ahead to avoid more problems. Now, this woman and her friend are continuing to intimidate my mother to the point where they threaten to shoot her. "It's reasons like this that people get shot!" said the first one to her friend. The two bully customers wouldn't let up and my mom finally just told them, "You got what you wanted." The fact that this happened and no one at the bank, no security, no teller, and no management even considered the safety of a long-term, senior customer is atrocious! This incident should be investigated by the bank and these two women should (at the very least) be banned from this branch if not all of B of A.

Bank of America in general is not customer focused (Wells Fargo is much better). The location at McClintock Drive and Warner Road in Tempe us the worst- they close doors some days with no warning, were always closed during Covid- and then today went inside to a teller and was told they were all on their lunch break! Never heard of this lame excuse before, maybe if they paid better they could afford an additional teller. Went across the street to the Wells Fargo branch and all was good. A POX on Bank of American!

Charge 8.00 to cash a 61.00 check when other banks don't charge a fee. Plus the service was not friendly. Now I know why I closed my accounts.
