What is going on with Bashas'? No Sundays now for people who need medication. New hours that make it difficult to pickup medication. Obviously it's all corporate decisions that make no sense. The right hand has no friggin clue what the left hand is doing. I've shopped at this store for 35 years and now that Bashas' was bought out it is no longer the local friendly grocer. Obviously the person in upper management of the pharmacy department has no clue what people need with these hour changes. Very sad to watch a great store go down hill like this.

Bashas' on Warner & McClintock used to be my go to store. I have a big family, so I'd spend a few hundred dollars a week on average. I came in tonight to get soup for my sick son, I was sending him a photo of the options. I'm not even kidding you the "Karen" started YELLING from the other side of the store, and hastily walks up "YOU can't take photos in the store, only vendors can, corporate just sent a letter". I literally just saw the guy the aisle over sending pics of liquor.... But apparently I didn't "hide" it well enough. I said I'm not texting my kid 40 soup flavors, everyone takes photos. She wouldn't stop, MAAM CORPORATE SAID. I replied "corporate would not want a customer to walk out of their store and leave $100 of groceries, you just have nothing better to do I'll take my business to Frys", and I left my $100 cart there. I am sure it would be suspicious if people were snapping photos in every aisle, I could have lied and said I was scanning a bar code? How the hell would a grocery store even police this? She could spend 2 minutes and watch that after the soup, I never would have taken another pic - read the room Karen. I am SO tired of people with nothing better to do then just be a nuisance for no reason, for the most asinine reasons! Bashas' has lost a customer for life.

They will advertise a price and lie about it. They obviously forced someone disabled to come back to work early and gave me the wrong prescription.

The Deli food was delicious however, the employees were following me around the store. This made me very uncomfortable.

Tha last couple of times I've purchased buttercream filled donuts have been a disappointment. They used to be so good. I go out of my way to buy them here. Last time they frosted it while the donut was still warm or the frosting was bad because it was sliding off the donut and the dough was kind of soggy. This time they weren't filled. The only buttercream was the dollop on top. I cut the 2nd one open in the pic so you can see. I ended up throwing it away. Did they hire someone new? If so, you need to retrain them.

Go see domique when you want a pizza. He does an excellent job making them, and the pizza is made from scratch.

I really appreciate the atmosphere at Bashas. The employees make me feel welcome and glad I came in! I also can find things the other stores do not carry and the donuts are fantastic.

Was looking for a smaller cut of pork loin than what was available. The butcher saw this and offered to cut to a size we needed. First time I have ever been offered this. What a pleasant surprise. Store was clean and well stocked. Just downloaded the Bashas app today. As a long time shopper at a competitor, we will be shopping here!

Absolutely LOVE this Basha's! Their prices are clearly marked, they're very well-stocked, and the store is always clean. Additionally, the employees are extremely helpful as well as very friendly. We actually sometimes drive to this store from where we live out in Gilbert! Sadly we moved away from that neighborhood a few years ago, and seriously miss going to this store exclusively.

Great service. Food at the deli is always fresh and delicious. Sale items are always available whenever I ship here- very happy for that! Clean and no complaints! I'd definitely recommend this location to shop.

Great selection for groceries. I've been going to Bashas pharmacy for 20+ years and love talking to Charles. They also give awesome when sick or injured. I would prefer coming here than Fry's or Costco!
