Charged my elderly mother a few pennies under $20 for a small battery that is under $5 for TWO anywhere else or $6 for 4---Walmart, Target, Fry's, etc. The extra $15 must have been for the 2 minute installation (key fob). Tried to sell a warranty for $3 something for the battery. Please.

10/10 experience at this batteries plus. I had previously gone to three other locations as well as my cars dealership and no one could help me solve my spare key issue. Within five minutes of being at this location they had solved my issue, ordered new parts and scheduled me to get it fixed. After five months of trying to get this fixed, these guys got it done in 20! Wonderful experience and great customer service from the manager in the employee on duty. Best location in the Valley!

There is little to no communication between employees nor customers. They had a battery box of mine which one employee caused to blow up in their chandler store when working on it. Pete stated he would order another for me, and get it fixed. Over a month and half later I find out he hasn't done, lack of communication. There is no followup with calling customers, I had to call them. Pete, manager at tempe store now, knew how important it was to get this battery box. The manager at the chandler store lacks professionalism also. Both managers are unaware what their employees are doing, lack of communication and skills.
