My dad bought me a 65 inch flat screen TV here for only 299.99$ cuz he was able to price match online all he had to do was find that same TV that best buy had and show the worker that Amazon had the same TV for cheaper ($299) and we were able to buy the 65 inch for that price we were shocked that's a huge TV for that price it was amazing , I think the guy that helped us name was nick I can't remember but man he came up to us as we were looking for a TV and kindly asked us "finding everything ok" and when he noticed we were trying to find the best priced TV he stayed with us the entire time we were looking at all the tvs going back and forth a million times he did too , after he price matched and found the right TV he went to the back got it for us put it on a long rolling cart asked us to pull our vehicle up to the front of the best buy doors then wheeled the TV outside for us and even helped my dad lay the seats back and put the TV in the car for us he was a great guy and worker awesome customer service skills furshur... wish I remembered his name but he's kinda short and skinny . Cool dude

Terrible shopping experience every time. Lack customer service and empathy when “helping” customers. I’m especially sorry if you encounter Daniel the “advisor” at customer service. While shopping around I found an item I wasn’t planning to purchase, but couldn’t beat the DISPLAY price so decided to grab it. While at the counter I was told that the price was double what they had it listed for. I proceeded to show Daniel the exact DISPLAY sign for him to pull the sign and tell me he nor any other manager would be able to discount the item to match the price it was listed for. He also added I could purchase the item at a discounted rate that “he had to figure out still” or not buy it at all. Disgusting excuse of “customer service”

Stood around in front of a laptop for 20 minutes, ready to buy it. While I waited for help, employees stared at and passed by me before helping male customers that arrived long after me. I feel like I was discriminated against as a woman shopping for laptops and therefore was not helped nor approached.

It feels like all the Best Buys are in rapid decline.

The tech who will install my rear view camera and CD player, screen and other devices to bring Cassie the Caddie almost modern is so kind and helpful. He actually knows what he’s talking about. His name is Lupi and he works at the Tempe Mall Best Buy store. The original order (not placed by Lupi)) left off an important piece of equipment and so my install date had to be pushed because of the other salesperson’s mistake. Now I’ve waited going on a-month but I know when dealing with big box stores one must have loads of patience! Knowing that, I wasn’t surprised at the f—- up, just disappointed. But the 20th is coming and I hope I will be made very happy. Thanks Lupi for knowing your stuff!!!

Very unmotivated staff needs trained. Two people at front, one watching outbound was looking down it appears the phone was more important. Other guy even noticed me shrug but said nothing.
Over staffed with the wrong people. Eye contact would help but a hello from two people doing absolutely nothing is lame. Corporate needs to secret shop when the two are front are on duty.
Update fifteen minutes later: now back near printers. Have seen four employees, no one has said a word to us.
Twenty two minutes: Have seen more employees who act like zombies.
Still crickets, hot a word from a single employee.
Sirens going off in the Mac area. Three people left area as the noise was locked and no one came.
Update: Thirty three minutes, now. Y front door. Observed gal at front, not even looking up as four people plus us two left. Not even looking up and still not a word from any of the ample employees.
Slackers: I recommend you apply at this place
Update: Feedback from Best Buy already came within a short time asking for me to do feedback from my Facebook or Twitter.
Now, I don't welcome retaliation from people busted for not performing, why doesn't Best Buy take time to secret shop or look at videos instead?
Lame
I gave enough time, Best Buy should do their share or motivate someone to do something else other than potentially receive retaliation.

Oh did I say train and coach your staff. Watch videos, observe. Most of us won't take the time to babysit you through staff evaluations
