Great experience buying 2 vehicles from Bill Like Tempe. Sales expert Adam helped us out and was awesome. Didn’t push us into anything, let us take our time and we ended up walking out with both a car and a truck. Quick sales experience as well. Tommy was very knowledgeable of all the additional products they offer, the sales experience was quick and easy. 10/10 would go back and purchase another vehicle when needed

Went over to Bill Luke to figure out which F-150 I wanted. I had a lot of anxiety going in because of bad sales reps experiences in the past. Adam W. showed me around, quickly made me feel comfortable and didn’t try to push anything on me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and enjoyable to talk with. I also felt very taken care of by Adam and Bill Luke. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck!

Was in and out in less than an hour. Best used car buying experience I’ve had. I’ve owned over 20 cars. I was tired of weeding through OfferUp, craigslist, Facebook, marketplace, etc. Spent too many hours dealing with shady individuals who flip cars. Steve Ladwig & Bill Bassi were fantastic! The process and experience at Bill Luke was great!

I had come to Bill Luke Tempe earlier this month to test drive one of the Polestar 2’s they had available on their lot. A car sales associate came out by the name of James. He was very pleasant, surprisingly no pressure, and very friendly. Both my partner and I test drove the car. We decided to sleep on it and come back if we decided it was the right car for us. I came back two days later and was greeted by James. I asked for the tinting to be replaced and get a secondary key fob covered in the price of the car. They agreed. The purchase was seamless and easy. After the purchase they followed their end of the bargain and replaced my window tint and covered the key fob with no issues. I was very pleased with the professionalism of not only James but the entire staff. This was a great car buying experience. Thanks BL Tempe!

I didn't end up buying my car from them but my whole experience was very pleasant with them. I worked with Jacob in sales who was really great. The finance guy I spoke to was also very nice, I don't remember his name but he is from Texas. They seem to be a more honest car dealership and have a very respectful staff.

100% 5-star, easiest car shopping experience I have ever had with Mitch & Bryant. I found a car on TrueCar, and Bill Luke staff immediately reached out - I expressed I wanted a swift, straightforward buying experience (since I don't like car dealerships) and it literally took a few hours to get to the price I was looking for. Absolutely amazing staff, extremely communicative, flexible, agile and most importantly, human. These guys are not here to get a quick one off you - they're interested in helping you.Huge shoutout to Mitch sincerely... thanks man!

Jeep wrangler needed a new oil cooler. They billed me for 4.5 hrs or labor when it's at the most 3 hrs. They couldn't justify why the job took so long. Only that it was a difficult job which it is not. They also don't return your phone calls or emails in regards to the bill they just sent you. Only an email with a payment link is sent with no breakdown, no phone call to explain anything. Basically holding my car hostage. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was in the market for a newer used car, and I found the car I wanted online. I headed over for a test drive and decided I wanted to buy. The sales person showed me the Carfax report, which indicated the car had an open recall. I asked about it and was told that it had been repaired and was good to go.Then I was turned over to the financing guy. I had the money to pay cash, but I decided to finance because they were offering a substantial discount. The finance guy tried to slip a whole bunch of extras in there and talked so fast he hoped I wouldn't notice. The most egregious - he tried to sell me a $3800 warranty package because "if the part breaks, it will cost you $200 to fix it!" He was also really aggressive when I declined the gps tracking device, saying that he was a former cop and sort of threatening me with car theft if I said no. I think he was used to being obeyed without question. I was so irritated by then that I was ready to walk away. Then he changed his tune and took out all the markups and sold me a car. He got annoyed that I read every letter of the contract and didn't just take his word for it.And, the worst part! I took the car to the Nissan dealership last week to get a new key (I was only given one). They gave the car an inspection and said there was an open recall due to a software update needed. Nissan fixed it for me for free. I told them that the used car lot I bought from assured me they fixed it, and the tech at Nissan said only Nissan could upgrade the computer.So, to recap, Bill Luke lied to me and sold me an unsafe car and tried to aggressively upcharge me.

My son and I swung by Bill Luke at 5 pm on a holiday to look at a VW they had in their lot. Although we were looking at cars for awhile, we expected only to look at the VW and potentially take a test drive. Robert Turner greeted us with a kind smile. He completely obliged that my son and I wanted to not only look at the car but also test drive it. Robert promptly grabbed the keys and away we went! Roberts demeaner was fantastic. A woman and her son looking at cars does not seem to scream "we are interested" to other car dealerships, but here at Bill Luke, we felt like they cared that we were there and did not act as if we needed anyone else with us for decision making. My son loved the car. Getting approved and buying the vehicle was a breeze. The finance team took the extra step to get us a low APR and my son on the loan to build his credit. The team stayed until 8:30 pm (even though they closed at 6 pm), to ensure that we had everything we needed and were happy with the car and terms of the loan. This is the second car in three years that we have bought from this dealership - my story tells why. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience with Steve Ladwig. He was nice, informative and did not pressure us at all. We ended not buying the highlander he showed us simply because we found one we liked better elsewhere.However, Steve was great and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a good buying experience.
