!!!!READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!!!! Subject: Disappointment with recent service I called Billiards Factory store located at 1746 W Ruby Dr #106, Tempe, AZ 85284, on or about the 30th of January, around 1640 (4:40pm). I spoke with a guy named Chris, and I asked him how much it cost for new felt for my pool table. Chris replied, what are the dimensions of your pool table. I told him it was 44 inches in width. Chris said, four hundred and nine dollars with tax. I said, ok. I am on my way. I showed up to the above-mentioned address and said, I am here to get new felt on my pool table, are you the guy I spoke with? The guy (Rusty the GM) said, no I am not, did you talk with Chris the manager from the other store? I said, probably and I explained to him that Chris just gave me the price for the felt of $409 with tax. The guy said that's not true (calling me a liar), I am the GM and our prices don't change you must have been mistaken. I said, call him yourself because that's what he told me. The GM calls the Chris on the phone and asked him what price he gave me. The GM was ticked off because he gave me the wrong price. Then the GM said I can work with you to get the price down but not $409. I said, your guy gave me the price I'm not paying anything else. The GM said which color would you like. The wife and I shopped around looking at different colors on the pool tables that they had on display. We chose a color and when we went to ring it up we sat there for 30 minutes because his machine went down and he would have to hand write everything. He gave me the felt for the price I discussed over the phone with Chris the manager from another store. While he was writing everything down, he asked his wife to get us on the schedule for install. His wife asked my wife what time would you like. We agreed on a time between 10am and 12pm. My wife asked how long does it take for install because I have our kids to pick up from school. The GM Rusty said oh your good, it only takes about an hour to install. We left with a date of install for February 6th from 10am to 12pm. On February 6th around 1130am, I received an email from this address, (
[email protected]). The email provided information with, what stop I was on their list, and a link. I clicked on the link. The link said, we will be at your hose at 730pm for install. I called my wife and asked if anyone was at the house from the company. She replied no. I called the company and spoke with Chris the manager from Scottsdale at Billiard Factory Company, and I said, where are these guys that are supposed to have been here installing my felt on my table? They were supposed to be here from 10 to 12 and nobody is here? Chris, immediately says with an attitude, no one can give you a time for install, the way it works is we send it to an app and the install teams puts you on their schedule. I said, I have a time when they are needed to be here and my wife has spent 2 hours off of work waiting for you guys. You're wasting our time and money. I, demand Chris to send someone out now and complete the job as I paid for now! Chris said, there is nothing he can do and you just have to wait. I said, let me explain something to you, what if someone told you they were installing something at your house and you waited hours OFF of WORK for nobody to show up? That would piss you off right. Chris, with no emotion, and no empathy, working in a sale department says, if you're going to yell at me, I will just refund your money. I said, I want to talk with your GM now! Chris replied, he is off today. I said someone is going pay for my wasted time, have him call me now! Chris (THE MANAGER) hung the phone up on me. I called back and asked him to give me the number to the other store because, the number they have on their website goes directly to the Scottsdale store. Chris gives me the number.
