Tried to close my account on the phone. First, I am put on hold for 40 minutes. Then they "couldn't verify me" because the person asking the questions picked an answer I did not give. Now I have to waste time and gas driving 15+ miles into the nearest branch within a day or else I will get charged a $25 fee.Thanks so much for making sure my account with $0 stays open and "secure" so you have a chance to charge me another fee.

Came in to this location around 4:30 this evening to have a new debit card made and Honestly the employees here are awesome!! super helpful friendly and professional. In the future i will gladly go out of my way to come back to this location

I put money in my account and they it they didn’t try to help me or tell me why they took funds my account had never been in negative and never have i had overdraft on due to there fees. Not recommended!!!!!

I have been banking with this bank for the last 3 years! And about 6 months ago I called to let them know I had my debit card stolen they then said they would ship me a new one right away. Six months later and three attempts of them sending no debit card ( I called and confirmed address and everything ) so about two weeks ago I finally call again, that lady was kind and said you know what I'll send the debit card over night without charge. Two weeks later NO debit card oh and it gets worse I log on to my mobile app and ALL My MONEY gone , and it's the first of the month (rent) I'm literally a 26 year who can't afford to wait to pay rent anyways so I call them and they said "didn't you get our letter in the mail explaining ?" NO letter from them. No explanation and they couldn't give me one over the phone but told me I was never to bank with them? That I did something against the banks code? Which is ridiculous because I have done absolutely nothing. They also said they were sending a check but I have yet to get my money. This is so unprofessional and unfair. This place should be out of business

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah. She goes above and beyond for me! Helping me with getting back into my account after being locked out, and also helping me with bank transfers and even staying a little past 5 to do so.The customer service at this BMO Harris branch does not go unnoticed! They are there for you within 5 seconds of you walking in. Strong recommendation for this branch!

I began working with this branch beginning in October 2021 and finally gave up in February 2022. My father passed away and as the personal representative for his estate, I was in charge of closing out his accounts. My father loved banking with BMO Harris, and I continue to be deeply disappointed by how much time I wasted trying to work with the employees at this branch. I needed certain paperwork from BMO in order to close out the probate process, and I was continually told they were "working" on locating these documents for me. Eventually, the person I was working with stopped responding to my emails and calls. The employees at this bank made me feel deserted, ignored, and forgotten about during a time of great grief and pain. I ended up going to a different BMO branch in Phoenix and was able to get the paperwork that this brach could not produce in 4 months in 2 weeks. I highly suggest working with a different branch.

My husband and I were able to open a checking account with them and receive our debit cards all in one visit. Very friendly and supportive customer service. So happy to be banking here!

They tried? I guess. Popped in here to open an account and their computers were down. Strike one. The manager was in from another branch and was able to figure out how to get a banker to open up my account on the phone. That's where they really dropped the ball. Opening the account took like a month with a ton of back and forth and reminders from me. It was just an awful process. Now my accounts are open and I tried to fund two of them and they've already closed them for inactivity. Spent a half hour on the phone with the 800 # only to get disconnected. The manager I dealt with was nice but everything else has been a s*** show. I wonder if I'll even get the bonus I'm entitled to when all is said and done.

If I could leave a zero star I would! I got a loan for a trailer that we bought in Arizona ( we're from Ca) this bank has been nothing but a disgrace!!!!! They refuse to give us paperwork that is LEGALLY required for us to register our trailer. When asked what we can do help the situation, they tell us they can't reach that department!!!! You can't teach anyone in a department in your own damn company???? This bank is a disgrace and rude.... Do not do buisness with them
