Worse customer service.They lady that’s was working today (daisy) does not have customer service skills. Her attitude was bad.No social skillsShe didn’t try to help us with anything or answer any questions about the phone or service And didn’t have a clue about her job.

By and large the worst Boost Mobile store in AZ. Nobody knows anything about the phones or plans. And will try and charge you for things that are free or you don't need. While trying to activate my new phone, it said I needed to go to the store to get a new Sim card to activate my phone, which I knew was wrong because it was a brand new 5G phone, but I went down anyways, to ask the girls if they could solve the issue for me. And they tried to charge me $15 to activate the phone, and an additional $25 for the Sim card, and also tried to upsell me on a case(they do this everytime me or my friends go in)...So I went home and called Boost, they said it was an issue with their network, finished my activation on their end, and said my phone would start working in a couple hours at most when the network got fixed. It did and it didn't cost me $40.But besides not caring about their job or the customers, and trying to purposely charge people for things they don't need, the girls there are actually the nicest Boost employees I've met. Only reason for the 2nd star.

Messed up service for an elderly client who needed to replace a faulty phone. Now she has to get assistance from a 3rd Party since the Boost office refused to offer service in their office. Very tacky.

This store ripped us off so hard core and refused to even give us a receipt for the purchase we had a voucher from insurance and we should had been able to spend the whole voucher in the store and they refused to honor the boost mobile insurance voucher and when they finally agreed to use the voucher then they refused to let us use the whole voucher and started jacking up the price

I went in to get my new phone activated and the service was quick. There was no line so I can not comment on the usual wait time but I was in and out pretty quickly. Employee wasn't that welcoming but everyone has their bad days so I can't base their customer service off of one employee. Overall I would recommend this location to activate or buy a phone.

Good boost store. Has knowledgable staff who helped me with my phone's network issue. They also sell phones and plans of course if you need to get started. The front parking lot is small so you might have to park in back.

This store has by far the best deals I’ve come across. I was only thinking of getting one phone since my budget was tight but Nayeli was so helpful and let me know they had a bogo special going on so I could get my phone and the second phone I needed all for such a good price every other store and company was trying to charge me $400+ for 2 lines and I walk out of here with both phones and service for far less! This location was a little busy when I went in but I can definitely understand why they don’t just try to sell you stuff and get you out they actually try help you on personal level so you leave so satisfied.
