My Daughter has been attending Bright Ideas for two Months now and this is the best decision my Husband and I could have made. Today we got to sit and enjoy a Thanksgiving lunch with our kiddos and interact with staff and other Parents. We were greeted by Miss Beth (Owner) and she is such a breath of fresh air and very attentive. I would like to thank the staff, my Daughters Teachers and all other teachers Ashley, Nikola ( 2 Y/O teachers including all names-sorry I cannot remember everyones name) for the safe and fun learning environment you all have created. Highly recommend-Family owned and operated by the way❤️

We have had two kids come to Bright Ideas. I can’t say enough great things about the teachers and management at this center. They truly go above and beyond, especially on the holidays they have special events for the whole family to come to. As parents, we always worry about where to send our kids and this place is very safe and I always feel like my kids are their top priority. You will feel very much like you chose the right place once you’re there!

This is my daughter's first week at this daycare so far and she has really enjoyed it so I am happy to give 5 stars. You can tell they really care about our kids amd my daughter loves her teacher which says lot because she is VERY picky with who she talks to o would recommend this center for your child!!

Every single staff member is caring and loving towards the children. This is a family establishment and you feel like part of the family here! My kids don't want to leave when I pick them up! I could write a novel with how amazing this childcare is ❤

I had toured another Bright Ideas Center and loved it. That’s the reason for 2 stars. I hoped that this one being closer to my husband’s work would prove to be the same. Unfortunately, it was not. That’s why I can’t give this one more than that.I called FOUR TIMES on my way to that center, no one ever answered. We arrive and there’s NO ONE in the front foyer area. I call. No answer. My kids want to go down the hall, so I kinda loudly say “hello??” Finally someone says the director is coming. She shows up and asks if I have an appointment on the schedule for today. I NEVER schedule tours because it is important to me to see authentic interactions between staff and children. She asked if she could take 10 minutes to get ready. No! Why do you need to “get ready?” It really felt like there was something to hide if she didn’t want to just give me a tour right then. I didn’t like that. We left.I get home and someone calls me. I couldn’t get to it in time and tried to call them back, no answer. It’s this specific day care. I have a voicemail asking to please call me back. I DID AGAIN AND STILL NO ONE ANSWERED. Count: 6 total phone calls over the course of generously maybe 2 hours. While this location may be close to where I need it to be for one of our jobs, I’m amazed at the lack of professionalism in this location. What if my kids DID come here and I needed to urgently get in touch with the staff about a concern? Not so much as a portable phone with them to answer when they’re away from the desk. Thankfully, my kids and I all loved the first location, and if we decide to go with this company, it will be to that one. NOT the Tempe location. It was beyond frustrating dealing with them.

We’ve been taking our daughter to bright ideas in Tempe since she was 6months old and we absolutely love it, let me first off by saying my husband was very skeptical with daycares and anyone looking out for our baby but as soon as we visited and seen how the infants room was well kept up and how the staff had everything in a routine my husband right away was convinced as they took care of her the way we take care of her they loved her as she loved the staff and other kids. My baby learned so much. To make a long story short our baby is almost 3yrs old we don’t live in Tempe anymore and we drive out of our way everyday to drop her off and pick her up I work in Phoenix my husband in Glendale and we live in Tolleson so with that much said as long as we know our daughter is getting the best care and we don’t have to worry about her while we are at work because we know she’s safe it is worth the drive for us. We had once tried another daycare closer to home when she was 1 years old and in that 2 weeks of taking her we noticed a change in her and how unhappy she was every time we had picked her up all we want is best for her and whatever makes her happy and so far she loves it at bright ideas she loves all her friends that she’s growing up with she loves to learn as they do such a good job at keeping their little minds busy with activities and crafts. There were few things we disliked and as long we brought it up to their attention they were always very good at making sure it’s getting taking care of. They always keep me updated and they got an app so I can see what time she napped what she ate and what she’s learning it’s awesome

BEWARE WHAT THEY PROMISE IS NOT WHAT THEY PREACH! the receptionist is rude! They don't notify you when your child was hurt in there care! They charge you for the time your child Isn't there!

Bright Ideas is more than a Daycare. It is a Family. My son has been attending this school since he was 7months old. As a single mom I wouldn't trust my child with anyone other than them. He will be 4 this march. He as a great learning environment, friends, and teachers. If you are considering putting you child anywhere this is the place. I am so happy they got their 3 star rating, it just proves that even with the size of the business that excellence comes from all places. Thank you for being such an amazing part of my child's and my life. We love you all!!!!-Triniti Hester ( Bright Ideas Mom 3+ yrs. proud )

They have been amazing! I have a foster child who had some behaviors that needed patience, love, and caring adults to help us handle. They went out of their way to accommodate his needs, were attentive, kind, and loving towards him. They are always friendly and hours are perfect for full time working parents. The owner and director are extremely knowledgeable and are very involved in the classrooms. I am glad we chose this center for our child!
