This last trip no one seemed eager to assist me. I asked for some suggestions but they quickly went back to resetting displays. On my previous trip, the salesperson was very helpful and assisted in finding my size and showing the difference in cuts of the jeans. So this is an average of those two experiences.

Best experience ever I went in yesterday feeling fat and ugly cause none of my jeans fit that I had in my closet Iris and meldina or Medina were so helpful so kind I walked out of their feeling very special and wonderful and beautiful again lol, They knew exactly what styles to bring me. They were extremely attentive and kind. I highly suggest the store and their staff are great and the jeans are amazing.

I had Autumn help me, she was a star. We tried a bunch or different styles and landed on 3 that were perfect for me. She wrote down the styles and sizes for me and I just can't say enough about how stellar her customer service is.

We recently visited the Buckle store and had the most outstanding experience, all thanks to a staff member named Davina. From the moment we walked in, Davina introduced herself with a warm and friendly demeanor, immediately making us feel welcome.
My wife was on the hunt for two specific pair of jeans, and Davina was fast, efficient, and helpful in assisting her. She listened attentively to my wife’s preferences and quickly guided us to the perfect items. Her knowledge of the store’s inventory and her keen sense of style made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
What stood out the most was Davina's ability to offer assistance without being overbearing. She did not push for a sale - instead she offered insights into other potential interests and made the dialog inviting. She explained the store policies clearly and concisely, ensuring we understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. Her professionalism and courteous manner were truly impressive.
Beyond the exceptional service, the quality and pricing of the products at Buckle are top-notch. We were thoroughly satisfied with our purchases and felt we received great value for our money.
Thanks to Davina's outstanding service, we look forward to returning to the Buckle store often. She set the bar high for customer service, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. If you're looking for a store with fantastic staff and superior products, I highly recommend visiting Buckle and asking for Davina!

They pay me on time and after a month they give me another bill with additional charges
I did not see any notice that they could not make the payment and they hid that my bank did not give the straw and I went back to make the straw in the same way and at the same time I asked the boy to assure me my straw that has been processed and They told me that it could not be processed that way, their system does not work or it is a tactic to collect late fees and that was the reason for closing my account. I had an even exchange from the Tempe marketplace buckle who were amazing. And when I went to Az mills the young lady who helped me was, I believe Devina who was very sweet and helpful. However she charged me incorrectly. She didn’t realize I hada military discount originally so she charged regular price for the new pants. I paid bc I just thought maybe I picked a more expensive pair. When I went back to explain the mix up I had to deal with Yasmine. She was absolutely horrible from the get. She got attitude with me from the start as I explained the situation. She blamed me for the original receipt being taken for what should’ve been an even exchange. As I fed her the same energy she gave me, she got uglier and said it was the other associates fault and my own fault for paying the difference that was asked of me. My family and I have always shopped at buckle in Arizona and Utah because usually everyone is helpful and very sweet. Never have I had someone as ugly as Yasmine to deal with. I will never go to the Buckle in Az Mills if that is the way I would be treated.

Cute country style clothing! First time here, but I will be back! Really cute jeans and shirts at decent prices. The young girl who helped us pick out some outfits for my daughter's senior photo shoot was really helpful and sweet.

Today in Arizona Mills there was an active shooting suspicion and in the midst of the chaos and terror, the employees of this store made sure everyone inside was safe and did all they could to help. The manager, Marcell did an amazing job of reassuring everyone and letting everyone know what was happening. If this isn’t top customer service, I don’t know what is. Idk if I’ll ever come back to Arizona Mills after what I and many others experienced today, but if I do, it’s for this store.

These people here are pathetic two guys and one girl working it's about I'm the only customer in there and nobody bothers to acknowledge me or ask me if I need any help which I did I literally have to go up to the girl and ask her for some help because I wanted to try some clothes on. Also needed to see some bigger sizes on the men's clothing which were way up to high for me to reach had to get my own extension pole that they had there and pull the clothing down looks like these people don't care about the customers or they just don't want to work time to replace them!! With me nursing all this negative I just walked out and didn't buy anything won't be coming back to this location at least at other locations they take care of their customers.
